A must do in Crete!
Absolutely worth every penny. The captain was informative telling us about the history of the island and Demitri served us up a gorgeous breakfast of pastries and coffee and the most delicious lunch of shrimp spaghetti, risotto and Greek salad with wine and soft drinks. We had so much fun on the paddleboards and swimming to the island (and we are in our early 60s) thankyou for an excellent cruise, you made our holiday!
I'd also like to mention that this company was the only one offering pick up from our hotel - The Minos Imperial. Most other companies won't travel that far out. 10/10 from us

Great day out!
We had Spyros today as our driver and guide. He was full of jokes and knowledge. Started the day at 8am and finished after 3pm. He was a confident and capable driver through the day. It felt like he knew everyone in Crete. The tour felt genuine and like a friend was sharing his local experiences. Would recommend to anyone. Unfortunately the Zeus cave was closed when we were there but we knew this before booking. Despite this, we still had an amazing trip.

Great trip
First, our guide, Mike was amazing. He told us so much about the areas we visited and was a great guide. The trip itself was enlightening. We got a taste of Crete and the mountains. And a terrific lunch, not included in the price but well worth what we paid.
. We got a real taste.

Highly Recommend This Tour!
We had a fantastic time on this tour! Our guide (I think his name was Petros?) was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of Crete. He was very patient and did not rush us at any of our stops. He and his drive made us feel very safe and we thoroughly enjoyed this as our cruise excursion!

Awesome tour around the Lassithi plateau - with lots of rain added in!
Lovely excursion with a good combination of ancient sites plus wonderful local shops and food. Olive oil factory, cheese making shop (with yummy tastings!), a delightful coffee shop in one of the villages on the Lassithi plateau, and finally delicious Greek food for lunch. Then we visited the Knossos palace - the rain letting up for most of our time there. In spite of a lot of rain, we were given an excellent experience.

A brilliant day trip with our wonderful guide Christina who brought the Palace to life
A brilliant. Interesting day with our guide Christina who was amazing. She brought Knossos Palace to life and is so knowledgeable. Then a brief tour of the Venetian buildings in Herkalion. The Orthodox Greek church is one of the best we have seen. We had already visited the Museum where the artifacts. Paintings and mosaics are housed from the Palace and recommend you do this as well

Fabulous Crete Jeep Tour Exploration
A wonderful small group experience. Great visit from pick-up to drop-off! Small group experience with 7 of us - fantastic guide (funny, welcoming, inclusive, felt like family!). Entire day was magical - would do it again if we ever make it back to Crete.

Great experience!
We had a blast! Best day on tour ever. We ventured to hidden cave, up in the mountainside, down to the beach and through olive groves. Our guide was also fun, informative and punctual. This is an adventure not to be missed. We had lunch in a cozy restaurant and experienced the heart and best of Crete.

Great day well worth doing
Was a full day with 3 main stops. There is plenty time at each place to enjoy the areas and have quick drink if you want. The towns are very pretty and Spinalonga very interesting. It is €20 extra to get into Spinolonga but you can just sit and enjoy view of port or paddle if you don't want to walk round. If you want to jump of boat into water for swim on way back ensure you already have swim wear on. Transfers were great and local. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our day. Totally recommended

So much food and drink - and lots of learning!
Petras was very good company for the day and extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much from him about Crete's history as well as the wine. Each of the wine makers were very accommodating and fed us well. And I cannot emphasise enough how good all of the food was! Picked fresh from the garden.
The lunch at the end was just spectacular. We were so full when we returned to our hotel that we slept for 2 hours but we were very very happy.
A fantastic way to spend the day and such good value for what you get out of it. Can't recommend enough!

The guide and driver were...
The guide and driver were super. The guide made sure we were well informed about the events of the trip, the area and history of the area during our ride to the beach. The ride through the gorge was an experience we won’t soon forget and on the return trip they even stopped so we could buy some of the local honey.
The beach was a little crowded but beautiful nonetheless.
Would definitely recommend this trip. We had a great time.

Great day out
Cannot recommend this activity highly enough. The communication was great, the sailors were fun and made us a delicious meal from scratch. They even had seasickness tablets on hand for of needed. The scenery could not be beaten, and swimming of the back of the boat was incredible. They even provided the necessary equipment to enjoy this.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Crete’s capital and largest city, Heraklion, sits not far from the center of the island’s north coast, meaning you can reach anywhere in Crete on a day trip—while ferries will bring you as far afield as Santorini. Some of the top Heraklion day trips include sailing to uninhabited Dia Island, off-road safaris through villages and olive groves, hiking the 10-mile (16-kilometer) Samaria Gorge, and heading west to Chania Old Town or pink-tinted Elafonisi Beach. From the Lassithi Plateau windmills to the fortress isle of Spinalonga, Heraklion makes the perfect base.
