This kayak tour to the Emerald Cave & other caves was awesome, peacefully……and hard work lol — one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we got on the water, Jared the tour guide is super relaxed and inviting. Jared, made the experience exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate, sharing funny stories while making everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. UNLIMITED SNACKS for the win lol. Because of him, the tour felt personal, and fun, and unforgettable. View of canyon was nice, unexpected mini hike to explore. Also, he took tons of pictures and let us borrow his waterproof bag. I can’t recommend this experience—or Jared—highly enough. PICK THIS TOUR!!!! Super thankful I last minute cancelled with another tour agency and decided to choose this one. Plus the early morning start is a win!! Thanks again 🙂 Would book again.

We had an excellent experience with our guide, Queena. She was very patient and attentive, and when plans needed to be adjusted, she always prioritised our welfare and best interests. Queena was also highly informative, sharing insightful knowledge about the sights and ensuring that we gained a deeper understanding of the local culture. In addition, Aleena—our main point of contact from the start—was prompt, organised, and very supportive in arranging the tour. Her gentle reminders and the group chat helped us stay well-prepared and clearly informed about the day’s programme. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a day trip from Shanghai to nearby cities such as Hangzhou or Suzhou. Everything was thoughtfully planned and well taken care of, from transport to food and service. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great tour, be careful with the timing and arrival. We arrived an hour early due to time zone differences but we were not able to reach out or check our booking details because Willow Beach lies in an area with no mobile network coverage. We started a little late due to this and were able to just catch the Emerald Cave lighting up in time (it was also shining low due to November) but our guide Paul made it work. Additionally, Paul was an awesome guide who provided us a lot of additional insight about the place and area, history etc. Even in November, the 85 °F were inviting us to take a swim during and after the tour which made us soak up the after-vibes of the tour experience to a maximum and made an overall awesome day. The insights Paul provided, made us want to come back for more exploration on our own or even attending the longer tour to the Hoover Dam.

Excellent service, great experience, from reservations, communication prior and during our excursion. Our tour guide Jeff was the best! The convenience of picking us up on the strip and dropping us off made this entire trip more enjoyable. Jeff was great with conversation and informational along the ride and during our kayaking. Pointing out great photo ops and taking some for us as well. Bonus ….The weather was perfect the entire day.

Viator did not impress me, they attempted to have me change the date of my previously booked excursion the day before I boarded the plane for my vacation. I had booked and paid them 10 days prior. I had my vacation plans all in order and the reason they wanted to cancel me I was told was because I was doing the trip solo and they only wanted couples for that day. They asked that I cancel my booking, and rebook with their sister company Blazin Paddles as I was leaving to board my flight. Very unprofessional and placing their problem on me to fix. I was not agreeable or able to do that. They then charged me an additional $30 and made the arrangements for me. They required that I take an Uber to another hotel the day of pick up, never checking with the sister company who actually had pick ups the next hotel over in less than a 5 minute walk. This was an additional $27 in an uber fair plus a $5 tip for the driver, not to mention additional time and stress to get clear to the far end of the strip, and required their sister company to go out of their way needlessly to pick me up at greater expense and time for everyone. That said once I was in the hands of blazin paddles I was treated more than kindly. They dropped me off right at my hotel on the return trip home, saving me the additional expense of a needless uber ride, they provided a very knowledgeable guide of the area who made sure that we were well taken care of, with food, snacks, water, and safety. He assisted anyone that needed additional help and time so that the trip was truly a group effort. It was so beautiful and I was so glad that I went. I have not one complaint about the tour itself. The wait for emerald cove was too long and we did skip it as several other kayaking companies were in a lineup already, which was fine by me even though I had wanted a picture there, and part of why I booked the trip, but truthfully as the guide pointed out the water had the same green color and made for beautiful pictures right where we were at without the 2 hour wait in that line up. This was definitely my favorite excursion of my vacation to Las Vegas where I did many different events, experiences, and travel to the local beauty of the surrounding areas.

Cameron gave us an amazing tour of the river, really looked after us. We had a great time, none of us fell in. Scenery was beautiful and so calm. Mondays are no boat days so at times it juat like us on the river. Being October is was hot but a nice temperature. Saw heron's, crayfish and a cpuple od other bits of wildlife. So glad we did it. What an experience! Extremely well organised with lots of information provided ahead of the trip to ensure you had all the details. Pick up in Vegas was smooth with full directions to ensure location of pick up provided. The rafting was superb. Knowledgeable crew members, Victor and Russ, both transferring through the National Park to join raft. Would thoroughly recommend and was a highlight of our trip.

I opted for the Shuttle Option, and was not disappointed! Our Guide/Driver Faith was professional, down to earth, and very friendly. Along the drive up to Willow Beach she provided some interesting facts about what we’re seeing (e.g Boulder City, trail heads, hot springs etc). It was reassuring to know she was Wildness First Aid certified and our first responder so, heaven forbid anything go wrong, we’d be safe in her hands. The overall trip was very enjoyable and easy to get launched, paddling and enjoying the lake. My personal favourite part was swimming in Lake Mead, and seeing the trail of surveyors from when the Hoover Dam location was being considered. Highly recommend this tour!! Lunch was great and snacks/water were plentiful during the excursion.
