Excellent tour guide

Our guide, Phoenix, was fantastic. She made our trip to West Lake even more memorable by sharing tid-bits that gave us a glimpse into the Chinese culture and history. She was super accommodating and understood the challenges that came while traveling with small children. She even helped us order food at a restaurant which would have been challenging for us otherwise. She took great pictures and shared them with us at the end. Overall, we the experience was 10/10 and highly recommend this agency and especially Phoenix.

This was a wonderful tour - and our guide, Sunny, was perfect! Hotel pick-up was prompt, lots of fun facts provided prior to arrival at West Lake and a great cruise on the lake. The other folks on our boat were super welcoming and even sang to our group! Lunch at the tea house was savory, authentic and filling. A nice step away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Buddha’s at the stone grottoes were inspiring. A final stop for some souvenirs was a perfect way to round out the day. The logistics of the tour were seamless and we were able to enjoy the day with no worries. Would absolutely recommend this tour - and you’ll be very lucky if Sunny is your tour guide (English speaking)!
