Rather than bringing home souvenirs from your trip to Chianti, this experience allows you to bring home new skills—the knowledge of how to make authentic Italian pasta from scratch. Taking place in a beautiful villa in the Italian countryside, the experience is private, which ensures one-to-one guidance from your instructor. Learn to prepare 2–3 types of fresh pasta with sauces—such as gnocchi, ravioli, and tagliatelle—and then enjoy feasting on them after your lesson.

The Fresh Pasta and Italian Vegetarian Ice Cream course at our cooking school, located in the picturesque Chianti region, offers an authentic and exclusive culinary experience. This course, open to cooking enthusiasts of all levels, is a journey into the art of fresh pasta and Italian ice cream, two pillars of Italy's culinary tradition. The dishes prepared will be simple and tasty, so they can be replicated at home. At the end of the course, after having eaten what has been prepared in company, the diplomas will be awarded and the recipes will be sent to the participants.

Experience the food and culture of the Italian countryside by joining this family-style cooking class. By taking a class in a Tuscan farmhouse, you can learn to make traditional recipes that you won't find in typical cooking classes in big cities. Plus, sharing conversations over lunch gives you the chance to get to know local Italians.

The experience begins at 10 : 00 in the morning. We will meet at our farm, where we will have a brief introduction to our small family business. Guests will be accompanied by an environmental Guide who will explain the route and provide information on the history, characteristics and peculiarities of the territory, as well as the different animal and plant species we will encounter along the way (if the season allows, we will collect edible wild plants for lunch). We will find a corner in the woods, perfect for a picnic, where we will taste a glass of wine from our company with cheeses and cold cuts. We will resume the journey back to our farm, where a three-course lunch of seasonal agricultural products will be served, including a tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil. The planned route is of medium-low difficulty with duration 2 - 2.5 hours.

A hands-on experience designed for food lovers, allowing you to explore Tuscan cuisine in more depth than you would simply by eating in restaurants. You will discover, step by step, how to prepare a perfect Tuscan lunch, from appetizers to desserts, including the art of making fresh pasta. You will learn how to cook different types of pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle, and gnocchi. The recipes will be provided to you after the lesson, making sure you can recreate Tuscan dishes in your home as well. Bottle of wine of your choice When booking this fabulous picnic, you can choose between a bottle of Rosso di Montalcino or a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino. This choice is fundamental: it will in fact be what will accompany lunch in front of the wonderful spectacle that nature gives you. Both wines are produced by the farm you are on. In fact, you can taste your wine while sitting among the vines that yield the fruits for divine nectar.

Stepping into this enchanting village is a truly unique experience in itself, with views over the hills, a magical garden, olive trees, birds chirping, and endless picture-perfect views. You'll experience a painting workshop which is a lot more than an art class: it is an art party open to all levels and ages, where you'll rediscover the fun of painting and playing with color in a friendly, magical environment. I am an artist and filmmaker now based in the village of Montisi, but for the past 17 years I have lived in Los Angeles where I have incorporated the skills and enthusiasm of the Californians into my Italian upbringing making me a bridge between Italian and American cultures.
