Taking place in a beautiful villa in the Italian countryside, the experience is private, which ensures one-to-one guidance from your instructor. Learn to prepare 2–3 types of fresh pasta with sauces—such as gnocchi, ravioli, and tagliatelle—and then enjoy feasting on them after your lesson.

Delve into the fascinating world of olive oil with a guided tour at Frantoio di Montalcino, one of Tuscany’s most celebrated olive oil mills. This course, open to cooking enthusiasts of all levels, is a journey into the art of fresh pasta and Italian ice cream, two pillars of Italy's culinary tradition. The dishes prepared will be simple and tasty, so they can be replicated at home. At the end of the course, after having eaten what has been prepared in company, the diplomas will be awarded and the recipes will be sent to the participants.

Join Francesco, a proud Tuscan host, in the serene garden of our farmhouse nestled in the Chianti hills. Experience a day as part of our family, learning traditional Tuscan recipes, cooking together, and enjoying a feast of homemade pasta and secret desserts. Immerse yourself in our warm hospitality, accompanied by excellent Chianti wine. Perfect for families and groups, you'll even receive a special gift to remember the dish you cooked.

The experience begins at 10 : 00 in the morning. We will meet at our farm, where we will have a brief introduction to our small family business. Guests will be accompanied by an environmental Guide who will explain the route and provide information on the history, characteristics and peculiarities of the territory, as well as the different animal and plant species we will encounter along the way (if the season allows, we will collect edible wild plants for lunch). We will find a corner in the woods, perfect for a picnic, where we will taste a glass of wine from our company with cheeses and cold cuts. We will resume the journey back to our farm, where a three-course lunch of seasonal agricultural products will be served, including a tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil. The planned route is of medium-low difficulty with duration 2 - 2.5 hours.

Experience in contact with nature After walking through the vineyards and breathing in the scent of the vines, you can choose the place that best belongs to you, where you can enjoy your bottle of wine and your picnic comfortably sitting on your blanket. Bottle of wine of your choice When booking this fabulous picnic, you can choose between a bottle of Rosso di Montalcino or a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino. This choice is fundamental: it will in fact be what will accompany lunch in front of the wonderful spectacle that nature gives you. Both wines are produced by the farm you are on. In fact, you can taste your wine while sitting among the vines that yield the fruits for divine nectar.

Stepping into this enchanting village is a truly unique experience in itself, with views over the hills, a magical garden, olive trees, birds chirping, and endless picture-perfect views. You'll experience a painting workshop which is a lot more than an art class: it is an art party open to all levels and ages, where you'll rediscover the fun of painting and playing with color in a friendly, magical environment. I am an artist and filmmaker now based in the village of Montisi, but for the past 17 years I have lived in Los Angeles where I have incorporated the skills and enthusiasm of the Californians into my Italian upbringing making me a bridge between Italian and American cultures. With the support of our chef you will discover some of the secrets of Italian cuisine, you will learn to make gnocchi and ice cream in a simple way and you will be able to replicate the recipes at home too!
