From start to finish our experience was incredible! They picked us up from the hotel on a timely manner, we were taken for a light breakfast before the hot air balloon. This is a must to do in Cappadocia. We stayed in Goreme and we were picked up at around 4 am in the morning with a van. All very well organised. We had breakfast first then off we went to first see how the balloons were inflated. The light was about to come in the horizon. One climbs over in order to get in the balloon. For people with mobility issues I think this would be a problem and definitely not with babies or very young children. We were one hour in it floating about a huge area as we saw the beautiful sunrise and fairy chimneys. Breathtaking. Guide was very good. All went very smooth. I would highly recommend it with observations from above.

Excellent Time In The Air!

A magical experience and definitely worth the money and patience! Flights were cancelled the first day and we rebooked the next day with fingers and toes crossed. Rainbows Colours crew were wonderful… from the time we got picked up from our hotel to the end. The view from above was incredible and surreal as well. Staff are well trained and very efficient. Never forget to tip at the end…it is a costly production and all deserve a reward at the end!

Gorgeous!

You can’t go to Cappadocia and not do the balloon flight. Our whole day was relatively painless—our car was on time and pickup was easy; we got to the balloon and took off on time (though the company had nothing to do with the ability to fly! That’s down to government regulations, so no one should hold that against the company); the views are breathtaking. Breakfast is small, and the champagne afterwards is a little perfunctory, but we weren’t paying for food and drinks—we were paying for the flight. And that was everything we could have wanted!

This was so AMAZING!!

Such and AMAZING experience. It was a completely smooth operation. Driver arrived right at the pickup time. We were taken to the balloon where we met the rest of the crew for a great flight. The views were amazing and an hour in the air is absolutely worth it! Afterwards, we were treated with some sparkling grape. It'd certainly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our horse ride at sunset. We rode to a stop where you could visit photo points and an old church. There was also refreshments to purchase including fresh orange juice! Flight over Ihlara Valley

We had a very enjoyable and scenic flight for two main reasons: 1) our pilot was excellent and 2) there was a thick layer of snow on the close by mountains, which made for very picturesque scenes. The fight was, however advertised as being in Goreme and at sunrise. In spite of being picked up at 03h50 we only arrived at the launch site after sunrise due to a two hour drive to get there. This was very disappointing from a photography point of view. If you, like us, are wanting to capture images of the unique Goreme landscape at sunrise, this is not the hot air balloon ride for you. Clients should be informed of this in future.

It was an amazing...

It was an amazing experience! With every penny. We couldn’t fly the day before due to weather. So we changed our reservation to the next day and we didn’t disappoint. The bus picked us up on time and the crew helped get us onto the balloon basket. The captain was very skillful and had over 17 years of flying experience. At no point did we feel unsafe. I’m very impressed with the whole operation and the government regulations to ensure it’s safe to fly. Loved it! And the scenery over the chimneys landscape was breathtaking!

Simply the best!

Other than the driver not arriving at the appointed hour, which required a phone call and several texts, everything was wonderful. We boarded the balloon as soon as we arrived at the site. The pilot and his co-pilot did an excellent job. The balloon ride was spectacular. We saw a lot and enjoyed every minute of the experience. The balloon landed so smoothly on a truck bed that we didn't have to assume the position we were instructed to in case of a rougher landing. The employees helped 4 seniors out of the balloon with ease. Thank you for a super experience.
