Absolutely fantastic

This trip was absolutely exceptional. I booked this about 6 days in advance for a Sunday morning trip (as a back up trip incase our Friday trip was cancelled with another company). Due to weather, Friday was cancelled and the demand locally for flights was high. I was delighted I had this booked in, it's important to have enough days in Cappodocia to rebook hot air balloon incase of weather. Since I experienced a collection with two companies, I actually found Cappodocia Balloons (this trip) more fantastic and more efficient. We went straight to the location with a small packed breakfast and go on the basket quickly. The captain was very informative and the lift off was magical and so smooth. The views just get better and better as the sunrises. It was the most incredible landscape and memorable experience of my life. The captain moved the balloon from high to low and turned regularly to get a great view. The logistics and all the staff and planning make this good value and so worth the money. The landing was impeccable with fizzy to celebrate and a beautiful certificate. Thank you so much.

Loved it!! Well-priced and unforgettable. They provided us with breakfast, the hot air balloon ride was smooth and 45 minutes, plenty of time, and ended with a small treat too. Only thing we didn't love was how my friend and I were separated in different parts of the basket, but we were still beside each other.

Phenomenal! As of August 2026, there are 150 balloons that go up at a time. That's a lot to choose from as a customer. I'm glad I made this choice because it was a bucketlist experience at a fantastic price! They pick you up exactly when they say they're going to, you are one of the first balloons up in the air, and the pilot is exceptionally skilled! You will have one of the better balloon rides. There are several takeoff locations, but this is the one that takes you through the fairy chimneys and gives you the opportunity to watch the sunrise. This is important to consider when booking a balloon ride. Location and time. I have read a couple reviews where people complain that the flight was canceled. It is important to understand that this is governed through legislation and aviation. You do not want to be up in a balloon when it's windy! This company takes that very seriously and follows the law. If it is canceled, they will try and book you for the following day.

This was a fantastic overall experience and a absolute must-do in Cappadocia! The entire tour was incredibly well-organized. They took care of everything seamlessly, picking us up directly from our hotel and dropping us back off afterward without any hassle.Before the flight, they provided a nice setup of light snacks, including pastries, coffee, juices, and tea, which was perfect for the early morning. The flight itself was spectacular. Our captain was excellent—skilled, professional, and highly reassuring. The views from the basket were breathtaking and truly magical as the sun rose over the valleys.After we landed, they celebrated with a traditional champagne toast and handed out certificates and medals, which made for a wonderful souvenir. Magical moments

My flight was cancelled due to bad weather. The company rescheduled the flight to next day. The time of rescheduled flight wasn’t same as the one I originally booked due to availability. But it was amazing to see other hot air balloons starting to fly on the way to the site. The magical beautiful moment already started in the car. Preparation and their hard work was also a show. Once our hot air balloons started flying, it was the time of sun raise. We flew over monk valley and red valley. My family and I were mesmerised by the view. My son’s height was a little over 120cm and his head was higher than basket with tiptoes. We were allocated at the corner of basket with small opening on the side. That helped him to lift his body higher for a long time. At the end, we landed on trailer and I was amazed by pilot Soylez and his team’s skill. It might be a little more expensive than other companies. But they are punctual and communicate well. So, if I come to Cappadocia again, I would fly with this company again.

We really enjoyed the experience- everything worked well throughout - easy booking process, they contacted us the night before to confirm pick up time, they were punctual and the balloon experience was wonderful - sunrise views, a full basket but it didn’t feel crowded. Friendly staff. Truly amazing to be up so high, very smooth ride, great views of Goreme and the fairy chimneys, loved it!

Gorgeous!

You can’t go to Cappadocia and not do the balloon flight. Our whole day was relatively painless—our car was on time and pickup was easy; we got to the balloon and took off on time (though the company had nothing to do with the ability to fly! That’s down to government regulations, so no one should hold that against the company); the views are breathtaking. Breakfast is small, and the champagne afterwards is a little perfunctory, but we weren’t paying for food and drinks—we were paying for the flight. And that was everything we could have wanted!

Perfect tour!

We purchased this tour one day before the tour. They sent us a message a few minutes later. The driver picked us up at the time we agreed on. The balloon ride was fantastic! All the crew — the pilot and the workers — were amazing. Everything was perfect! We had champagne and received a certificate to celebrate that we made it. 1000000/10. I definitely recommend them.

Amazing Sunset Ride

I would give this 6 stars if I could. Our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The ride was spectacular and not just thr typical ride out and back. We rode through thr fairy cones and up into the mountains to a historic Christian church cave. I would recommend this ride to anyone. Even those with no riding experience.
