What are people saying about Cannes

Great Day in Southern France
Elsi was our guide and he was excellent! So kind to pick us up at our Airbnb in Cannes despite the tour taking place in Monaco, Eze, and Nice. All the sights were covered and he even brought us to Antibes when it was difficult to navigate well in Nice because of the ongoing Iron Man competition. Elsi is very considerate, knew his history and was a pleasure to have as our guide!

Michael and his boat were...
Michael and his boat were absolutely fantastic. From the warm greeting we got when we met Michael, we knew we would have a good time. He made sure to take us to some of the best spots and pointed out so many cool spots along the way. He had cheese and crackers on board, as well as some delicious cold rose wine. 10/10 recommend this trip with Michael to anyone looking for a fun day on the water!

Amazing day on the water!
We had the most wonderful experience on the boat! Celia and Eric incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, and they truly made us feel like guests rather than customers.
Most importantly, my grandparents had an unforgettable experience out on the water, and it was so special to be able to share that with them. The whole morning was beautiful and memorable from start to finish.
And of course, Jack the pet bird was such a fun addition to the experience. He absolutely loved my grandma, which made the day even more special! 🐦❤️
We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

Highlight of our trip :)
Phillipe was absolutely brilliant and the tour around the islands was beautiful. He communicated really well so it was easy to find him, the scenery was beautiful, and he was a very knowledgeable host. We particularly loved paddle-boarding and feeding the fish! Highlight of our trip :)

The tour was absolutely...
The tour was absolutely amazing! Alba, our tour guide, quickly became more than just our guide—she became our friend. She took us to every place, explaining all the details in such a fun and interesting way. She was also always happy to take pictures of us and make sure we captured all the special moments.
We truly enjoyed every minute of the experience and would absolutely love to come back and take another tour with Alba. We highly recommend her! ❤️

Great boating day in Cannes! A definite must do!
We had such an amazing time on the boat tour in Cannes with Madeleine! It was beautiful to see the city from the water and being out on the water was the perfect way to experience the French Riviera. The boat was comfortable, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. There was great snorkelling and water activities as well.
The crew was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. It was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Cannes, and we would highly recommend this boat tour to anyone visiting the area. 🌊☀️🇫🇷.

The best way to see Cannes
We took this tour with Daniel and he is such a good person. A truly genuine and kind hearted soul. Not only is he quite experienced in life, he's very knowledgeable about Cannes and that's not even mentioning his amazing 1968 French bus! He built the bus himself (except for the seats) but it's comfortable, it's really cool to look at and it's very fun to tour in. Cannes has an interesting history and sorta a small town feel though it's a very busy and beautiful place in the French Riviera. Dan has 1 of only 100 permits to drive on the main street in front of the theater where the film festival is held which is probably the most famous event that Cannes is known for though it does have other well known events and historic places. This was one of our favorite places we visited mostly because Dan was such a great guide and such a kind person. Please please treat yourself if you're gonna be in Cannes and take this tour with Dan in his amazing French bus, you will not regret it, nor will you ever forget it!

Splendid way to spend a half day!
This itinerary is a good way to sample three very different locations with distinct personalities. If you don’t have a car, this an easy way to cover a lot of territory in a little time. Our tour was hosted by Eda, who is gracious, knowledgeable, and delightful company. She’s a safe driver with a clean, comfortable car. Eda is more that willing to accommodate adjustments to the planned itinerary. She shares true insider information that’s interesting and easy to listen to. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Private French Riviera Tour with Alain — Nice, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Monaco & Monte Carlo
We had an excellent private tour of the French Riviera with Alain, and I honestly could not have asked for a better guide. From the moment he picked us up at the port in Villefranche-sur-Mer, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely well organized.
Our transportation for the day was a Mercedes-Benz van, which was very comfortable and made a big difference during a full day of sightseeing. Having a private vehicle allowed us to move easily between the different cities, viewpoints, and attractions without the stress of a large tour bus.
One of the things we appreciated most about Alain was how well he managed our time. We visited a tremendous number of places without ever feeling rushed, and he always kept us on schedule so we could enjoy every stop and still return to our cruise ship on time.
We began with some spectacular panoramic viewpoints overlooking Nice and the Mediterranean, as well as beautiful views of Villefranche-sur-Mer and its bay. Alain knew exactly where to stop for the best views and gave us enough time to get out, enjoy the scenery, and take pictures.
In Nice, Alain showed us the historic areas of the city, including Place Masséna and the Fontaine du Soleil, the colorful streets of Vieux Nice (Old Nice), the Opéra de Nice, Église Saint-François-de-Paule, and the area associated with Sainte Rita.
One of our favorite experiences in Nice was visiting the Cours Saleya Market, the local flower, fruit, vegetable, and food market. We really enjoyed seeing a place where locals shop and experiencing something beyond the typical tourist attractions. Alain explained the area and gave us time to walk through the market and explore.
We also saw the impressive Monument aux Morts de Rauba-Capeù, overlooking the Mediterranean, and stopped near Fort du Mont Alban, where we enjoyed another incredible panoramic view over Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, the coastline, and the Mediterranean.
We then continued to the beautiful medieval village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Walking through its narrow stone streets, historic buildings, art galleries, churches, and old fortifications was one of the highlights of the day. We visited the area around the Collégiale de la Conversion de Saint-Paul and had plenty of time to explore the village.
For lunch, we ate at Restaurant Le Tilleul in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, which was an excellent place to stop and enjoy lunch surrounded by the atmosphere of this beautiful historic village. The restaurant also had an incredible view, which made the experience even more memorable. It definitely wasn’t cheap, but the food, setting, service, and views made it an excellent choice and well worth it.
After Saint-Paul-de-Vence, we headed toward Monaco, and Alain again stopped at a spectacular panoramic viewpoint where we could see the Principality from above. The views of Monaco-Ville, the Prince’s Palace, Port Hercule, the yachts, the Mediterranean, and the city built into the mountainside were incredible.
Once in Monaco, Alain drove us through the famous streets that form part of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix circuit. This was especially fun because the Monaco Grand Prix is held on the actual streets of Monaco. Being driven along portions of the circuit and recognizing areas from Formula 1 made the visit even more memorable.
We then explored Monaco-Ville, or Le Rocher (The Rock). We entered Monaco Cathedral — the Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate, visited the Prince’s Palace of Monaco, and saw the statue of François Grimaldi “Malizia,” connected to the history of the Grimaldi family in Monaco.
From there, Alain took us through more of Monaco and into Monte Carlo, where we visited the famous Casino de Monte-Carlo and the surrounding Casino Square. Seeing the Prince’s Palace, Monaco Cathedral, the Formula 1 circuit, the harbor full of yachts, and the Monte Carlo Casino all in one visit gave us an excellent experience of Monaco.
Another thing that made Alain stand out was his personality. Don’t let the French accent fool you — his knowledge of American culture was incredible. We talked about everything from American culture to classic Hollywood Western movies, and his knowledge genuinely surprised us. In all the tours we have taken, I cannot remember having a guide from another country who knew so much about American culture.
Alain was also extremely down-to-earth, personable, and a true gentleman with our family. He made everyone feel comfortable, treated us with respect, and made the entire day feel more like traveling with someone we had known for years rather than simply being driven around by a tour guide.
What made this tour exceptional was not simply how many places we visited, but Alain himself—his organization, knowledge, personality, attention to timing, and the way he treated our family. He knew exactly where to stop for the panoramic views, showed us a genuine local market in Nice, gave us time to explore Saint-Paul-de-Vence, organized an excellent lunch stop at Le Tilleul, drove us through the Formula 1 circuit, and made sure we experienced the most important landmarks of Monaco and Monte Carlo.
For anyone arriving by cruise ship in Villefranche-sur-Mer who wants to experience Nice, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Monaco, Monte Carlo, local markets, medieval villages, the Formula 1 circuit, and some of the best panoramic views of the French Riviera, I highly recommend booking this private tour with Alain.
Thank you, Alain, for an unforgettable day. Between the comfortable Mercedes-Benz van, your knowledge, your organization, your sense of humor, and the way you treated our family, I truly could not have asked for a better guide or a better tour of the French Riviera. This was absolutely one of the highlights of our entire cruise.

Great tour!!
Ingrid was great! She met us as soon as we got off our tender and walked us to her van. She had a comfortable all front-facing seat van for the 6 of us. First stop was the venue of the famous Cannes Film Festival where we got to take photos on the red carpet! Then we were off to Monaco, where Ingrid shared stories of the are and the life of the famous Grace Kelly. We strolled past Princess Caroline's beautiful residence and then she got us to Prince Albert of Monaco's palace just in time for us to see the changing of the guards. We strolled through local shops on cobblestone streets and grabbed a quick lunch in the town. Ingrid expertly drove us through the narrow opulent streets of Monte Carlo, stopping to let us awe at the numerous massive luxury yachts. We made our way back to the famous Casino Monte Carlo for a visit inside to see the glittering gold fixtures and take our photos. Our final stop was to the Fragonard Grasse Paris perfumery where we toured the factory as they were hand pressing and packing soaps. Ingrid was an energetic host, eager to share her knowledge and show us as much of the area as time would allow which made for a fulfilling day! I would highly recommend her tour!

What a perfect...
What a perfect experience!! Great amount of time spent in each place, super interesting sights, even places I didn’t realize would be cool (like Eze) really surprised us. Our driver/tour guide was amazing and told us so much great info. This was my husband’s favorite day. We did this as a stop on a cruise and they were super good about time as well.

So fun and relaxing. The...
So fun and relaxing. The coastline is beautiful and our guide gave great commentary. He stopped at a beautiful spot to swim and snorkel. Although not that much to see snorkeling, a few fish and an occasional little jellyfish, the water is so clear and beautiful. We had soooo much fun. Even saw a dolphin on the way back in. I highly recommend this trip.

Live like the rich and famous, without the price tag, on these Cannes tours. Explore the destination that's arguably the star of the French Riviera and visit the places you’ve always dreamed of seeing. Cruise through the streets of Cannes in a Ferrari and see where the Cannes Film Festival takes place, then go to Billionaire’s Quay in Antibes to marvel at the fleet of yachts owned by the megarich, before taking your very own private sailboat or yacht tour. Day trips to Monte Carlo, San Tropez, and nearby islands are also great choices.
