It was a lot of fun. The day was hot, but the fans in the van made it tolerable.
Daniel was an excellent guide! Highly recommend this tour for 6-8 people.

We took this tour with Daniel and he is such a good person. A truly genuine and kind hearted soul. Not only is he quite experienced in life, he's very knowledgeable about Cannes and that's not even mentioning his amazing 1968 French bus! He built the bus himself (except for the seats) but it's comfortable, it's really cool to look at and it's very fun to tour in. Cannes has an interesting history and sorta a small town feel though it's a very busy and beautiful place in the French Riviera. Dan has 1 of only 100 permits to drive on the main street in front of the theater where the film festival is held which is probably the most famous event that Cannes is known for though it does have other well known events and historic places. This was one of our favorite places we visited mostly because Dan was such a great guide and such a kind person. Please please treat yourself if you're gonna be in Cannes and take this tour with Dan in his amazing French bus, you will not regret it, nor will you ever forget it!

Daniel’s cute little classic bus was fabulous (and quite famous around Cannes). He shared lots of local information and history and easily switched between multiple languages to suit the passengers. A great tour, totally recommended to see beautiful Cannes.

Drove through various sections of Cannes. Lots of people watching, saw famous hotels and sights. Highlight for us was the drive through the old town up to the Lady of Hope church at the top of the mountain where Daniel pointed out important picturesque places to photograph. The bus is not air conditioned, but is well ventilated and still ok even in the very hot August heat. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour!

Daniel was an excellent tour guide/driver. He is well informed about the history and geography of Cannes. He listened well and answered our questions. Travelling in a vintage 23 horsepower French bus with Edith Piaf singing La Vie en Rose in the bacground added a French flavor to the tour. Daniel took some pics of us and even help with our groceries. He is kind and gentle.

Daniel our guide was so much fun to be with for two hours. He was very personable , and had a great knowledge of Cannes . It was also fun traveling thru Cannes streets in a Vintage French Bus, with French music playing - highly recommend.

My friend and I loved this tour. Daniel was fabulous. He was so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this tour. The meeting spot is right off the pier from where the ship docks in a little circular area with lots of grass and trees. There was also a food truck and there was a hotel across the street. I'm just specifying this because the address given was slightly unclear. One person told us to go to the city center. That is not correct. Anyway, we had so much fun on the tour of Cannes in Daniel's cute little bus!

Our host, Daniel, was the best. Looked the part in his beret and stripy t-shirt. Just needed the onions round his neck!!

Daniel was an outstanding guide. He told us the history of the bus (similar to VW microbus) he uses. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and its history. I believe the bus holds 8 but no one else had book this tour so it was just my family of 4. We were not able to stop at the film festival red carpet because preparations for another event had it closed but we did drive by. We stopped at several locations where we got out and Daniel told us about the area we were in. The tour concluded at the church at the top of the hill in Cannes and the Cannes sign. I highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Cannes.

Must do experience when in Cannes. The little camper bus goes everywhere that other tours cannot go so you get a unique personalised trip. Great fun entertaining and informative

This is the best tour, Viator or otherwise, we have ever been on. Daniel was wonderful, personable, fun, and just a sweetheart! The bus was unique and so fun. Daniel drove us all over the beautiful town, took pictures of us, and shared great info. If you are ever in Cannes, book early and do this tour! You can thank me later 😃.
