We really enjoyed this bike tour! My wife and I have been on other tours in different cities, but this was the best we’ve been on. The guide, Adrian, was knowledgeable and informative. We spent almost three hours touring Cannes from the dock area, through downtown, and to some hillsides overlooking the city. We must’ve ridden at least 15 miles. The tour group was small (7 riders) and we all had a great time. The bikes were in great shape and held up well (unlike our Barcelona ride). Highly recommend!

This was a great way to get oriented to Cannes and see the beautiful scenery. We got to imagine we were standing on the red carpet at the legendary film festival, and of course pedaled past all of the fabulous shops without putting a dent in our pocketbooks.

The tour should mention that some of the roads will be shared with cars. We are road cyclists so we were fine with it, however others were not comfortable.

Location was close to the Cruise port and easy to find. The E-Bikes were in great condition and ready to go when we arrived. The tour guide was kind and informative in showing us around the port city. The exercise was just enough, and the activity was perfect for the amount of time spent on shore.

Such a great experience biking through Cannes. The views were great. It is a bike tour so I’d suggest that you are comfortable riding a bike through traffic and streets. Our guide shared history and also shared places to visit/ have a meal on our free time.

This is the first time I have been on an e-bike. They are incredible. We climes to a high elevation and I didn’t even break a sweat. The sights from the top were amazing.

The pros - the shop is very close to the cruise port (the Main Street), we got to see a variety of areas of Cannes, & stopped in several areas to enjoy the scenery.
The cons- be prepared for a bike ride that will go through traffic, hairpin turns, hills, and nature trails. Some of our group was not physically ready to do this adventure, even though it is an E bike.

The tour was great and the bike ride provided opportunity to see some beautiful sites in Cannes. Tour guide was kind and mindful of everyone. However, I would not advise this tour to anyone who is not familiar with riding on busy streets or going up and down hills. This tour is a wonderful tour but can be challenging at times to a hesitant bicyclist.

I would love to have given this experience a 5. The tour operator was excellent, he was so nice. His business is great but he needs to learn to read the group and make adjustments as needed. He (for the most par), had an older group. The bikes are in excellent condition and very easy to learn and use. Parts of the ride were so good and the other parts, were not so good. He took us on main roads with cars just inches from our knees. I had to get off and walk several times because it was so nerve wracking. A lady got hurt pretty badly and she and her husband left the tour as did my husband, myself and another gentleman. I walked my bike back because the traffic was so bad. The 4pm time is not a good time to go. Too much traffic.! My foot slipped off my pedal and cut my shin. I asked the young man for a tissue or bandaid and he had neither. They need a first aid kit with the tour director and at the “home base”. It’s a good tour if you are an experienced rider and not afraid for the traffic. Otherwise, find another excursion and ask for a gentler ride away from the insanity.

A group of 8 of us had purchased this tour. The morning of the tour it was raining and I texted and emailed the tour company to ask if it would be cancelled or if it was still on. We didn’t want to assume it was cancelled so we waited around until the tour start time of 1:00- and went to the tour start place. No one showed up. It was only later that afternoon that they texted me to tell me that the tour had been cancelled because of the weather. But by that time, we had wasted the morning waiting to hear from them and thus weren’t able to find an alternate tour. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed cycling through downtown and main areas. Able to cover so much in a limited time. You see so much more on a bicycle that walking or tour bus. Highly recommend this form of touring.

JC was a fun and informative guide. The bikes worked great and it seemed like everyone had a great time! He gave good food and entertainment recommendations and helped us learn our way around Cannes.

Visited Cannes via a cruise on the 11th Sep, there was a group of 8 of us, 3 of the bikes ran out of battery within 40minutes of the 2hr tour.
Added to this one of the group fell off 5 times within the first 40minutes (due to not being able to ride a bike) we spent 2hrs only making it half way up the hill, not seeing any of sites! A complete waste of time and money.
No checks were made to see if people could even ride a e-bike safely or competently and as a result our whole group suffered.
We knew there might be issues as when the previous group came back from their tour they expressed concerns about the quality of the bikes, even reporting one person nearly died due to their breaks failing!!!

As a company with 14 years of experience, we are committed to providing safe and enjoyable tours for all participants. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to clearly state in our tour descriptions that participants should be experienced riders or in good physical condition, we cannot control the skill level of each individual in the group.
In this instance, one participant needed additional assistance, which impacted the overall tour. Our guide did their best to manage the situation, prioritizing safety above all else. We understand the frustration this caused and promptly issued a full refund to your group to make amends.
Two clients missed the 10 AM tour, so we kindly accommodated them on the 1 PM tour. Since this was unplanned, the guide decided to bring an extra battery for one of the bikes.
We believe the 2-star rating may not fully reflect our efforts to provide excellent service, as the situation was beyond our control. Faced with a similar scenario, our priority will always be the safety and well-being of all participants. We hope you understand and appreciate the steps we took under the circumstances.

We did not get the experience we were expecting. Rider should be very experienced or in very fit shape. Could very dangerous for someone not a good rider. Our tour guide did not follow agenda.

Tour guide was very nice, strong English, company had quality bikes.
But... more than once I was worried someone was going to be seriously hurt due to sharing road w cars without any space for a bike. Especially going up significant mountain road, very steep and curvy, with lots of blind spots. But other than me worrying about my kids (14 and 16) and myself who was at most risk of wiping out, was a fun experience.
Was about 2.5hrs, location was right near port which was great.
Saw a lot more of Cannes than if we just walked, and was great near end of cruise when kids were tired of tours and walking.

This was a great way to see. Cannes!!
We took pictures on the red carpet ride along the famous boardwalk and then up the hill to the top of Cannes for one Amazing view of the city and port Wow!! Got to see it to believe it The electric bikes were great and easy to ride and we made it up all the hills with ease. Then the down hill was a true Tour De France experience speeding down the winding hillside like you were part of the bike race🥰🥰🥰🥰We loved it!! Could have done without the tour of the downtown area st the end with all the traffic but the rest was fantastic

Such a fun experience and great way to see Cannes! Our guide Adrian took us past all the high end shops, where they hold the film festival and showed us some of the most breathtaking views! The electric powered bike helps for the hard climbs and is definitely worth it for the views. Highly recommend this tour!!

I highly recommend this tour as a way to see the city. Adrian did a great job taking our family to various areas such as where the film festival is held, to see beautiful views of the ocean, up high for a breathtaking view of the city and along the streets for shopping.

It was great to visit the beach boulevard not walking, but e-biking! And then to discover beautiful places views from Cannes. And enjoying a little trail of mountain bike in the nature… and then going downhill… superb!

Jeremie did a wonderful job taking us on a tour throughout Cannes seeing places and things we would have missed if we had not done this bike trip. We traveled through busy downtown to serene overlooks. We covered rough terrain and navigated through challenging traffic obstacles ending at a beautiful view of the city and a historic landmark. Jeremie kept us safe and we learned much about this city.

This was a great tour of the Cannes Port. Paul our tour guide did a good job, but could have provided a bit more information. He answered questions, but did not always offer a lot of info. The bikes were in good condition and comfortable. The areas he took us too were interesting and for that reason I would recommend this tour if you have a short time to see Cannes. The location was very close to the cruise port. The rental shop did not have a bathroom, which is odd, but Paul brought us to public bathroom by the coast so it all worked out.

Great Scenery - Paul was a good guide.
The E-Bikes, if you have never ridden them, are a little tricky to get used to.
We scaled a very large hill with switchbacks and cars coming/going, so it was challenging.
We would have preferred a more leisurely ride. 2.5 hours of riding.
