Top Brisbane Snorkeling

It was fun. It is clear they put time into hiring their guides to ensure enthusiastic personalities. In our case it was Nick and he did a great job. We are both 70 and had no trouble at all. You walk up metal stairs of consistent size and height while holding the handrail on both sides. In the unlikely event you slip, which nobody did on our tour, you are tethered to the stairwell by a metal cable that attaches to the full body vest you wear around a jumpsuit. All provided in the cost.

Full day on the boat with time to snorkel the wrecks, wander the beach, swim and SUP. The snorkel is (rightly) tightly managed, small groups of 6-8 people with a guide, and while the fish variety isn’t huge the quantity and proximity was. Crew and staff were young, enthusiastic, friendly and good at what they do.

Picked up on time, not as much traffic on the drive to cleveland . Lovely ferry ride to straddie island beautiful views . Stopped at various places around the island . Saw lots of wildlife it was amazing !! Koalas, the biggest flying stick insect with the most beautiful coloured wings, manta ray, green turtles, even a small shark, sea eagle, osprey eating his fish dinner, more turtles, more manta rays and a abundance of various birds and many kangaroos. Those near cylinda beach were very close to us . Got some amazing photos . Had the best day, our driver Bryan was informative and he made the day so perfect . Thank you .

Very knowledgeable guide. We had a beautiful day in the rainforest, with easy hikes and the guide pointed out lots of animals. We saw Koalas in the wild, kangaroos and wallabies. Lizards and birds. He knew exactly where to look and to go. Highly recommended.

If you want a quick layout of what is around Brisbane river and the city, this river cruise will provide you great historical information. Good location and easy to get to if you are walking or taking a bus. Nice stop for lunch at a historical landmark hotel and brewery.

A real insight into the history’s of not just Xxxx but beer in general. Guide had a passion for brewing and the company which really came across, 3 good size tastings after and the food option was good value. Opted for the burger and chips but actually got a choice to pre order. If you are moving on to another activity it is worth knowing that it actually lasts longer than 1 hour 30.

Great experience on the Brisbane river. The tour was extensive and covered all the major locations along the Brisbane river. Staff was kind and knowledgeable and the guided tour by the boat captain was excellent. They also provided light snacks. I took a day tour and got to see good views of bridges, buildings, parks and other infrastructure around the river. The tour is worth experiencing if you're coming to Brisbane as a tourist or on a short stay.
