We had Phillip for our guide. He was very good taking us around all the main sights, very informative and took lots of photos for us to take home for wonderful memories.

Great day with Phillip. Picked us up at hotel with luxury van/driver and showed us all over the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Temple of Dawn. He was personable and knowledgeable (not to mention a lot of fun). Exploring the temple complexes would have been completely overwhelming without him and travel to the various sites would have been difficult without the van and driver. We were so exhausted that we decided to skip in person visits to Chinatown and the Flower Market, but as a bonus on the ride back to the hotel, we drove through both in air conditioned comfort in Bangkok’s predictably snarled traffic, enough to get a sense of those spots without enduring the intense midday sun and heat. Overall a 5 star experience and well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

our tour guide and the driver were very nice and welcoming. she showed us around and explained to us everything. she took lots of pictures from her own phone and shared with us. she covered everything well even made time and took us to the golden buddha which was not included.

Our guide was a woman named “One” (her name is difficult for English speakers so she says to just call her “One”). She really worked hard the whole day to make sure we got to see everything and had many good pictures. At times, it was a little difficult to follow her English but she was so charming and worked so hard (and it’s to be somewhat expected when you are traveling). One provided us with a great deal of history and really hustled the whole time. The temples were amazing and she took us to a small place for lunch that was delicious. The flower market was interesting and our daughter was able to pour her own coconut pancakes at a street vendor. Chinatown was huge and interesting as well. It’s a jam packed long day. Wear good walking shoes, hydrate, sunscreen, sun hat and fan recommended. A good foot massage before bed tops the day off (not included in the tour).

Book this tour! I saw that Yui came highly recommended so I asked for her specificly. She made our day in Bangkok so special. She came with great recommendations, provided solid history of each place along with giving us our space. We went to the floating market and she ordered amazing food for us! Yui was flexible and we were lucky to have her with us. We did pay more for a van which was nice to get us back to our hotel. Thank you Yui!!

Tommy met us at our hotel on time and had everything sorted for us. Despite our limited time and the busy-ness of the locations, he ensured we got to vist all of the sites we wanted to see and spend some decent time at each one. My Wife is not 100% mobile and it was (for us) a particularly hot day, but Tommy and the driver (Mr Egg believe it or not) looked after us, supplied us with plenty of water and made sure that my good lady did not overstretch herself. All in all a brilliant day out that will live long in the memory. Thank you Tommy & Mr Egg

Yui was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and structured the tour around what we wanted. She took us to great local spots outside the tourist traps for some great shopping. We highly recommend this tour to give you a great insight into Bangkok culture.

We had a good tour of the highlights of Bangkok. Our driver and guide picked us up at our hotel. The guide spoke good English and was most informative and pleasant. We enjoyed the sites and learned much about them. We covered the most important sites in Bangkok, which is what we wanted for our brief visit. Traffic in Bangkok is a problem, prolonging the excursion. The driver did a good job of moving us to the various sites as efficiently as possible. It was a long and hard day in the heat, even for people from south Louisiana accustomed to hot weather. At the end, we were depleted. Highly recommended - just be prepared for a long day and stay hydrated.

English knowledge of the guide was unsufficient, Not undestandable.
Behaviour of the guide at the beginning unacceptable: Not polite and very nervous.
We have done a lot of tours in Asia, this was the worst.
Would Not recommend the Tour.

Our tour guide Tip was nice and well meaning but completely unqualified to lead an English speaking tour. She barely could speak English, couldn’t understand us, spoke very softly and seemed to have very little knowledge. We would have been better using the audio tour. She didn’t have many good tips to organize a tour to minimize crowds either. Very disappointing. The vehicle at least was nice.

My guide Jeff (Supapong Singhanon) was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the city and was able to make adjustments in the program. That is a huge advantage when you book a private tour. We visited Wat Pho, Wat Arun and Jim Thompson House. We had a fantastic long tail boat ride and because Jeff was a friend of the driver I had a chance to drive the boat in a quiet part of the canal. Fantastic day, highly recommended. Special thanks to Jeff for showing me Bangkok!

We had a great day with our tour guide Fern! She was very knowledgeable and caring always making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We got to see many of the main temples, the grand place, China town and the flower market. We also took a long tail boat ride which was really fun. Highly recommend this tour!

Game, our guide, and the driver were great. They were very flexible and accommodating to all of our requests. One thing for improvement would be to keep a cooler with cold water in the car like most tours in Thailand provide.

What a day! We had reached out to see if we could modify our tour a little bit and it was confirmed that we could. Upon being picked up by the driver and our guide, it seemed that the modification was forgotten. Lucky Jam contacted the guide and off we went to our special request and it was so worth it! It was an amazing day, lots to see, lots to watch and the tour ran so smoothly that we were able to get to the flower market after all (sacrificed for time for special request). Guide was highly knowledgeable though Bangkok traffic kept throwing our driver off a bit on pick ups. All in, it was a great day had by all and I highly suggest this company.
