A must go to tour!

This was a great tour with a great tour guide, Enawan and driver, Made. They got us to Tanah Lot before 7am and it was a magical and peaceful experience. We were the only ones there, where we were able to take in the whole atmosphere. Enawan and Made were both very friendly, helpful and encouraging, especially in getting down and up from the waterfall. The waterfalls are amazing and you have to go in! Be mindful, there are a lot of stairs, but there is railway which helps. A great day, topped off with lunch at the rice fields, with a magnificent view. Thanks again Enawan and Made!

We had the best...

We had the best experience with our private driver, Gede, in Bali. From start to finish, he made the entire day smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Before the day even started, he helped us adjust our itinerary based on driving times and gave really helpful suggestions without being pushy at all. He clearly knows Bali so well and made sure we avoided unnecessary backtracking, which saved us a lot of time. During the day, he was always punctual, patient, and flexible when we wanted to spend more or less time at different stops. The car was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned (which is a lifesaver in Bali), and he drove very safely the entire time. Driver Agus made it so worth it!

Had a beautiful time with driver and guide Agus from Hire Bali Driver. He was very knowledgeable about temple history, as well as the rice terrace history! He gave us facts throughout the drive; not so much to overwhelm us with information but just enough that we retained and had fun while traveling. Many of the temples on this list are more of a social media hit list; many tourists and crowding. This takes away a bit from the “special” moments at the temples for the tour. We booked the tour more for the rice terraces. Luckily Agus already knew this and arranged the driving and sightseeing so that we saw the temples while avoiding traffic (ie avoiding Canggu after 12 pm). Agus also offered an alternative to the last temple- the largest butterfly park in Bali that was on the way to the rice terraces! SO glad we skipped the last temple to see the butterfly park. It small and very peaceful with minimal amount of people; exactly how you imagine Bali to be. The temples were okay; again definitely more for the ‘gram than anything else (and those pics are also dependent on the weather). It also wasn’t super important for my boyfriend and I, so the switch to the butterfly park was a no brainer. The rice terraces was also absolutely amazing and worth the drive. A bit more remote and quiet, which is what we loved. Added to the vibe of seeing native Bali butterflies/moths/insects up close and personal. to top it off, we arrive early back to our hotel; a request from us that Agus was able to accomplish! Made the tour worth it as we still had half a day to ourselves. This tour and what you get from it is ultimately up to you; we loved the flexibility, and Agus’ knowledge and disposition made it so worth it!

Really great experience, started with being picked up on time from our hotel, all safety forms and menu choices completed, then trying the bikes for size. All the correct safety gear was provided. Off on our ride through rice fields, stopping for cultural updates from our guides, and visiting a coffee plantation. Really well organised and fabulous team supporting us.
