I had booked my reservation about a week out before my trip, and they were super accommodating when I had messed up and put the wrong times for my pick up. Jamal was my driver and he was very patient and gave me some great spots to enjoy while I was there. He made me feel very comfortable as I was on a solo trip and again went above and beyond with waiting on me.

Great company. Delano was our driver. He was early to pick us up and waited patiently when we had some delays. The company was communicative and gave clear directions the entire time. We knew exactly where to find Delano. The drive from and to the airport turned into cultural lessons and we even got solid recommendations on food and pastries - loved the guava duff! Delano was fantastic and we'd definitely book this service again.

It could not of gone any better. I got off the boat, said to a lady asking if anyone needs a taxi, "where do I go for bowcar". She opened a gate then they were right there ready to go. A shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes and took as to pick up the sxs. They ran through everything and quickly knowing I wanted maximum time to explore the island on my day in port. It had some minor scraches and a couple small broken trim pieces, but they pointed out everything, and none affected our use for the day. We also loved the bluetooth speaker and having our own vehicle was so much better than waiting on a bus tour to explore. It also made us quick so we beat the crowds to the high tourist spots like the rum cake factory and queens staircase vs walking the island. I will not visit the island again without this option. 100% just do it and make your own journey. Also, when you pick up, they give you a nice list of cool places to visit already loaded into google maps. You just pick the place you want to see. This saved time trying to figure out were else we wanted to go.
