Ride was ok once we finally found each other. There was no one holding a sign with my name so it took us about 15 minutes to locate the driver. Driver stated that he was helping out. Then proceeded to ask where I was going since it wasn’t communicated to him. Although it was in the reservation.

At Bahamas Trips Transportation we communicate with our guests through telecommunication. The driver reach out through text message and call, but didn’t got a response. Part of our business model does not include holding up signs. We communicate and give instructions on where location for pick up be. We double down on confirming your destination of drop off because in some cases we experience guest changing hotel accommodation.
Drive was fine I think we got pushed off to another taxi driver should have been private. But it was a taxi that gave us a ride when ask said other driver handed off

The transportation provided was a private ride. No unauthorized persons were present in the vehicle. In The Bahamas, private transportation is the same as taxi transportation. Due to the volume of clientele, several drivers work alongside William to meet the needs of our guests.
Great experience, great communication I would use them again felt safe and overall it was a positive experience.
Fantastic and friendly service - even when our flight was delayed twice, our pickup was rescheduled seemlessly, which was just what we needed after a long journey! Highly recommended.
Nice car, driver was outstanding, very helpfull of what to do , what to see, great conversation and customer service.
Our driver was very helpful, knowledgeable, and even made an extra stop for us at the grocery store. He was prompt and on time.

It was a great drive to our resort. Wayne was very welcoming. Even though our drive was short from the airport to our resort, he still gave us some great recommendations and information about where we would be staying.

From the airport to the resort was a very great experience.. William greeted us with a smile..( he’s very handsome) He was on time and communicated with us before we arrived and as soon as we arrived. His prompt, clean, cold vehicle was very accommodating and we engaged in great conversation.. Anytime I come back I will recommend him for all transportation needs..He will also be our driver to the airport for departure as well. 10 out 10 for excellent service!!
Natasha was very kind and reliable. Communication was very effective. She was flexible because I had some small issues with my flight. I loved the ride. This was my first impression of the Bahamas and she made a really good one.
