Excellent experience, they were super punctual. But what I do recommend is that when taking transportation alone or tours at the first hour, which is at 4:00am, they should tell and specify to the tourists that the police checkpoint opens at 5:00am. They made us wait 1hr and 15min on the road until that happened and I was not informed of that point at any time. Another thing I would recommend is that the drivers be very careful when driving and looking at their phone. I slept the entire way there and back, but my husband told me that the driver was going 120km/hr and was looking at his phone the whole time. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Very pleasant cruise with welcoming and attentive staff. We also had a very good guide who took perfect care of the cruise passengers by guiding us, answering all our questions, and having a very good understanding of the various sites visited. Thank you Hady.

All the cruise staff were very friendly. Varied food and well cooked. Large and well-equipped cabin. Common services such as bars, pool, etc., were very good. Everything was very clean. Easy communication. Extras charged as agreed. Schedules were respected, although there was a slight delay on one day, but it was minimal. Regarding the visits, they were carried out according to the agreed-upon program. The guide, Ahmed Abulmagd, was polite and respectful. However, despite speaking perfect Spanish and appearing to know a lot about Egypt in terms of history and art, he gave us somewhat limited information during the visits, and in a way that was not very engaging and somewhat monotonous. He also did not have a very close relationship as a guide, explaining or telling nothing beyond what was just and essential at each visit, beyond what anyone can read in a brief summary of a guidebook. He did not seem very approachable or open to communication, nor to informing or explaining more things about what we visited. There was not much closeness or empathy. We were only moderately satisfied with his work. Regarding the organization, cruise, visits, and cruise staff, everything was as agreed, and we enjoyed the cruise and the visits, except for what was noted regarding the guide. It is a highly recommended cruise. And a very suitable program. We sailed on the MS Lady Mary.
