Mahmoud was GREAT....
Mahmoud was GREAT. Friendly, attentive, and warm. The tour started sharp on time, car was clean, and gave us plenty of time in Petra. Started 0730 and was back in Amman by 1700. I recommend everyone to do this tour with Mahmoud.

Overall excellent option for Jordan’s highlights
Overall this tour was great. Good communication from the organizer, seamless pick up in Amman, clean comfortable van. Enough time to see the major parts of Petra (you’d need at least whole day to see it all) & the guide is good. Wadi Rum was majestic, you need to be okay with quasi-camping. Dead Sea is the perfect amount of time you don’t need more than 2-3 hours. Amazing tour option to see Jordan’s best attractions in limited time.

Outstanding guide
Bassil was such a wonderful guide - friendly and personable. Our conversations were so enlightening, not only about Petra, but Jordan, and the differences between our countries, be it education, homes, energy and more. Highly, highly recommend.
As a side note, we travelled during March 2026, and nearly had Petra to ourselves due to reduced tourism due to the conflict in the Middle East - we felt very safe and would encourage others that are considering a visit to go.

Book this for a great day with Mohammed!
Such a lovely day with Mohammed to Petra! He is punctual, friendly, and is thoughtful on explaining how to maximize time and experience for the big city of Petra and to cater to your desires. Very trustworthy and considerate guide, 5+ stars!

This excursion was a...
This excursion was a wonderful introduction to all that Jordan has to offer. Starting in Amman with the gorgeous topography, seeing the expansive historic site at Petra, overnighting in the one of the most unique deserts in Wadi Rum, and finally getting to feel the sensation of floating in the Dead Sea, the experience exceeded all expectations. Our guide, Yousef, was very knowledgeable and inviting and ensured all our needs and desires were met.

Everything was organised...
Everything was organised so well on this trip, our driver Ibrahim was lovely and informative and made sure we were comfortable the whole time particularly on the longer drives. Petra was incredible and the Bedouin camp was great with absolutely amazing food and so many options - all super fresh and delicious we were really impressed. Truck tour in wadi rum was really fun - we got to drive a little! And the star gazing was something else - would recommend to anyone.

Thanks Bassil, would recommend and do again!
We did this with a 5 year old and 3 year old (my 5 yo had a broken collarbone at the time and was in a sling). We loved it, wonderful experience. Words can’t describe Petra well enough, you have to try it for yourself. But it is amazing, and people are incredible friendly. Thanks to our guide Bassil who was knowledgeable and patient. Try the camels and donkeys if you can too!

Epic
We spent the day with Mohammad Srewa who drove us very comfortably and safely to Petra and Wadi Rum. It was a long day but the journey was so comfortable that we enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you Mohammad for your insights into Jordanian culture, your good humour and kindness! (And of course the lovely coffee). Shukram.

Amazing
This experience was truly unique, it covers everything from visa entry to transportation plus you get a guide so you really don’t need to think about anything except enjoying what Petra has to offer. A warning that it is an extremely long day with lots of travel on multiple busses and boats (so have snacks and water) but so worth it.

Long day but well worth it
It's a long day but well worth it. Starts with a pickup at the hotel, then go on to a bus for close to 3 hours. From there it's a roughly 1 hour ferry to another bus that is about 2 to 3 hours long. They take enough breaks along the way. Once you're in Petra you realize it's all worth the effort.

My only complaint is...
My only complaint is about the van used. They squished 7 adults into a mini van and that was quite uncomfortable for some of the longer drives on this trip. Everything else was completely fine. Petra is worth a visit and the Dead Sea is definitely something to check off your bucket list. The wadi rum camp is really standalone hotel rooms with all the amenities you would need. Bring JD cash for some of the optional experiences and meals.
