Filip gave us a great walking tour of Zagreb in the blazing sun and heat. We enjoyed learning more about the City of the Dead and hearing how the graveyard was recently damaged in a massive storm. We walked through the old town and took the shortest funicular ride in the world. Filip shared a lot of history with us and more information about the life of Croatians. LOL when he said his girlfriend thinks they live in the Sahara and always carries two liters of water with her. He also took us to a great gelataria to cool down.

This tour was both driving to "New" Zagreb as well as walking quite a bit in Upper Zagreb and the downtown area. We loved our guide, Filip, who offered charm, the history, the architecture and a little Croatian cynicism as a local. He even found us dinner reservations at the most delicious restaurant we would not have found on our own. Highly recommend!

Our guide was fantastic, very understanding of our limitations but still gave us a comprehensive driving and walking tour of Zagreb. Added additional stops that highlighted personal family history we were curious about. The tour kicked off our weeklong stay by giving us insights and suggestions we incorporated into later activities. Thanks for your informative and enjoyable tour. You were the best. Our guide was propt in meeting us in the morning. He wasvery infomative, gave us background information to put into context things we were seeing and other things we were discussing during our conversations. Plus he took us, with a car, to a cemetery, which may be odd, but it was extremely interesting and looked different from other cemeteries that are at home. Our tour was part walking and part with a car. We were able to drive to the "new" Zagreb which was built in the 1960s. Our guide explained everything about this area as well. If we had gone on a walking only tour we would have missed this area and an active part of Zagreb. I thank our tour guide for a wonderful, thorough tour.

This tour was fun as it involved driving some of the city you would not see on foot and taking a walking tour. There is a lot to see in Zagreb besides the central square so I would recommend taking this tour for all the information. The funicular was under maintenance so we did not get to experience that which was a disappointment but not a fault of the tour.

My mother and I took a tour with Anđel and can’t say enough good things. He is a fantastic guide if you are interested in a deep dive into Croatian history and architecture. A true scholar. Because it was a drive and walking tour, we covered a wide area in 4 hours. Highly recommend.

Me as was superb. He came 10 minutes early and stayed 15 minutes late. He answered all questions, showed us Zagreb walking and then in car showing opera, park, new city etc.

Lots to say about different aspects of the tour overall it was a great tour tour guide was excellent very knowledgeable and it lasted over three hours which was enough took us to a different parts of the city and we were able to experience the cannon shot that happens at noon time every day

The tour started with a car ride to see different parts of the city. The 2nd part is a walking tour to get around the old town. Our guide Nenad is very informative and almost nonstop talking to introduce the city as well as the culture and food to us. We had a very pleasant time at Zagreb. Thank you!

This tour was a perfect balance of walking and driving around in the car. Our guide Ned was very knowledgeable and knew very important details of the history and topography of various areas of Zagreb. He showed us how the architecture changes as we went to different parts of Zagreb. Some of the highlights which was very impressive were that firing of the canon, the short funicular train ride, the beautiful and colourful church of St. Marks next to the Parliament, the Greek Catholic Co-cathedral of St. Cyril and Methodius. Ned also recommended some of the best bakery places we could have eat amazing local food. Ned did not rush us and let us take our time to absorb this beautiful multi cultural city. Thank you Ned for the lovely day. I recommend this tour to all who wants to see Zagreb and does not have too much time in hand.

This was the breath of fresh air I had hoped for. A combination of driving and walking, learning the depths of the history of the area along with interesting stories along the way. Nenad was both extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Professionalism and kindness combined. He pointed out several landmarks so that I could go back on foot from my hotel to further explore. I cannot more highly recommend this your. It was enjoyable even with the rain!

Paid for a 10 hour tour that lasted just under 3 hours including more than 30 minutes in the cemetery. Only got to do funicular. Tour was not as desciat all

We learnt so much about Zagreb and Croatia in very short time, visiting not just the older historical parts of the City but the suburbs too. Extremely interesting and informative visiting the districts established under the socialist era, seeing how people lived and the integrated facilities that formed part of the schemes. The old and the new towns were distinct in their own ways and we saw the effects of the 2020 earthquake and the ongoing work to repair the damage as well as all the ‘must do’ historic sites of the city. We certainly covered a lot of ground by car (excellent) and foot!

Our guide Robert, always kept me interested in the topic and fought a lot about her Croatian history. He took us to many interesting places and even unusual ones like a cemetery and kept us interested there. There were only two of us on the tour but that did not stop Ned from being attentive and giving a great tour of the city. We started with a drive around new Zagreb before stopping off in the city centre and walking around some of Zagreb’s notable sights. The tour was steeped in history throughout and Ned was a great guide. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a more insightful tour of Zagreb, it was a great day
