I booked this after seeing it had good reviews. I was not disappointed. The guide took us round lots of different pubs where the history was explained. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable with fascinating facts and added in some ghost stories too as he knew we were interested in those too. We stopped after an hour at one of the pubs for a drink which was welcome. There was about 14 of us on the tour which wasn't too large to manage and good conversations were had between all of us on the tour. This tour is run to raise money for a local charity which is admirable. I would do this tour again as I am sure new stories would be told.

A great walk around of York looking at the oldest pubs. We managed to stop in one pub for a drink and chat, before learning more about not just the history of the pubs but some of York too. All proceeds go to a great charity. Thank you for a lovely tour.
