Very entertaining and funny . We laughed a lot. Throughly enjoyed learning about Yorkshire ghosts. I recommend your get on board!
Do the 9pm tour as it adds to the experience..Informative and such fun, the guide made it brilliant delivery.
We would highly recommend the Ghost Bus. It really looks the part which sets the scene perfectly. Our young, female guide was excellent! The tour was funny throughout and informative. We booked at 9pm in Summer to make it more atmospheric but it may be better to choose an earlier time so you can see more out of the windows. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Spooktastic love this tour bus 2nd time on it great value for money this time it was Harry who did our tour and did great.

Poor Bob the driver had a nightmare of a day but it was refreshing to see him pop off for a quick pint or 2 mid journey 😉
I hope that the other passengers experience, was as immense as ours the history of the town was reflected in the tour and the enthusiasm of John was just phenomenal.
If you get the chance book this tour, do it.
It's definitely worth it, the bus is also very comfortable even if it is slightly haunted.

So I do quite a few tours but never a ghost tour. I will say that the chap running the tour was very friendly, the bus was very cool and went with the spooky theme however... I don't believe there was any need for the speakers to be so loud and I'm not sure how true any of the ghost stories were.. I didn't feel as immersed in the stories as I have on other tours but yeah, it was ok.
Firstly we sat at the bus stop half hour early to be told that it had been changed so was then one of the last on the bus.
The conductor/ story Teller thought he was a comedian and quite rude, we thought it was a ghostly experience not a comedy show, we're quite bored.
At one point it stopped by our car park so considered getting off, but as we had paid for it thought it may get better, another couple did leave.
Truly disappointed after doing the Edinburgh one many times
It was really good and funny. The tour guide was doing an excellent job, he has a talent. The bus driver was great also.
It was very good the bit scary good stories very well told by the operator loved the doulble decker bus tour around the haunts , we all got out of th e bus to show us old houses pubs butcher shops , the operator was excellent funny
I had a good time. Informative and fun. The bus looks like the night bus from Harry Potter. The tour was good. Stopped at Shambles for a couple of stories. The guides were great.
If a good laugh is required then this event is the one, absolutely brilliant also given good information about York and it's creepy past!!

Such a good time! Me and 2 friends met up in York for the weekend. We love a ghost tour wherever we visit. This one was so good the right mix of novelty, humour and great story telling.
An absolutely brilliant experience. Funny and informative all the way through. The tour host was amazing, funny, witty and knowledgable. Mad, unpredictable and definitely money well spent.

The. Conducted was brikant and tried very hard to get the participants pm board but some of the storyline like Margaret possessing someone were a bit cheesy

I didn't find it hugely informative but man, was the fella a funny guy. What a great fun experience. I'd looked at the area online so knew a fair bit, so that's on me. However as an experience highly recommend it.
