Javier was my driver for this one way trip from the airport and it was a wonderful experience working with him from start yo finish! He was very communicative and punctual. When I arrived in Curacao, he made sure to guide me on where to meet him so that it was easy to find him and the ride to my hotel was smooth and comfortable. The car had great AC and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend him and use him again when I come back!

Javier was amazing! When I say I had an extreme time crunch due to flight scheduling, he made sure I could see the best of Curaçao quickly. He also was helpful with assisting me at the airport, which was above and beyond! I’d definitely book again qnd refer him!

They never called or met us at the airport. I had to call them, then they told us to catch a taxi. We waited for an half of hour.

Hi Victor, your transportation was booked quite late the night before, close to 10 PM. The following morning, we made several attempts to reach you to arrange and confirm the pickup—via phone, WhatsApp, and text—but unfortunately, we did not receive any response.
As stated in the Viator instructions, guests are required to contact us in advance to set the appointment, confirm the appointment and then book and schedule the appointment prior to arrival. This step ensures that we can properly coordinate your pickup and drop-off.
When you called after landing, we explained that we had already tried contacting you. You mentioned that you were on a flight at the time, which explains the lack of response. However, without prior confirmation, we were unable to proceed with the scheduled service.
Given the situation, Your booking was treated as a no-show. That said, we still issued a full refund so you could arrange alternative transportation upon arrival.

Patrick picked us up, great communication from the time he knew our flight was leaving until we arrived. He shared pictures where to meet him and even sent us recommendations on the island. He was a safe and friendly driver.

Superb! My driver was sooooo helpful and was waiting right for me when I landed. He gave me all the tips and insights into how to get around in curacao and the best places for food! Shout out to him for being wonderful!

I was contacted right after I made my reservation. Javier said to let him know when we landed. I did just that. From the time I sent him a text saying we landed until we finally were picked up it was almost an hour. I called and texted so many times. It was completely frustrating. He said he was there and would be picking us up in a minute. Over a half hour of phone calls and texts and he finally arrived. He took my suitcase and tried to shove it in the back of his car without putting the handle down. I heard him doing something in the back of the car and he is pushing on my suitcase with the handle up. I said can I help you with that?! Glad I saw that before he broke it.
I went with the 40 per person ride. What a rip off!! It would have been a 20 dollar cab ride.
Do yourself a favor and get a cab. Don’t bother with this mess. It was really frustrating.

Used this car service to go to and from the airport . Picked me up in a nice luxury, air conditioned vehicle. This company was very reliable arrived timely to pick me up, communication was good. I highly recommend. Will use when I go back to the island. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

My ride was great! I needed a ride to the airport, and found this service. It was super helpful for solo traveling to the airport, but would also recommend for rides throughout the island. Javier was very nice, and even attempted to try and make a stop to get me a Johnny Cake, after I mentioned it was the one thing I never got around to trying on my trip. Unfortunately the bakeries had stopped making them by the time of my ride, but the thought was much appreciated!!

First of all the driver was not friendly, we had to speak to him, the van was smelling and windows dirty, also he was on the phone while driving, we were sandals guest and could have gotten to the resort for free of charge. We paid $80 do not recommend would perfer to have my money refunded very horrible experience

The guest wanted to smoke in the bus and we continuously denied, afterwards they got an attitude. The only thing we truly forgot about is the complimentary cocktail but the bus was clean, we just came from the carwash with receipts. We even gave them a super discount. Local taxis charge $100 to their location and we charged much less
