In December we booked with this companyfor a dive in February from one of our cruise destinations. We got off the cruise ship the moment the gangways went down. We arrived at the meeting point out side gate 2. We waited and searched the parking lot for 20 minutes before sending them a message. They messaged us back 20 after that and said we never showed up and that our dive was cancelled because we were a no show. This is absolutely not the case. Me and my son were there at the designated time and they just didn't show up. They kept the money and offered no refund. We disputed the charge because they were a no show on their end. They came up with a photo shopped picture with a time stamp of the gate that had 0 people at it in the picture. There was 20-40 people standing there waiting on their excursions as well. We were really looking forward to the dive and had been in contact with the dive master the day before as well to make sure the time was correct. I just don't want anyone else to have the same thing happen to them that happened to us by a company that was a no show. It was a dive me and my 17 year son had looked forward to doing since we booked it in December. If we were at fault that one thing, but for them to blame us, that's another. This company doesn't deserve to be accredited and if they will do this to one person, they will do it to more. I never leave a bad review but this one had to be done. Don't want anyone else to fall for this company who couldn't fulfill its requirements.

Our team was at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time and waited for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not see you during that time. As we had other guests booked on the same tour, we were unable to wait any longer.

Plenty of sea life. Dive master pointed out sea slug, eels, turtle. Visibilty was only 50-60 ft. I had expect better but you cant control mother nature. also Reef/Coral was not as bright as I had expected. It was fairly cloudy topside and the sun was intermittent at best. But the reef walls were full of life and the coral was in good condition. Operator was first class. Da'Jon was very attentive and took good care of me.

I was very reluctant to book an excursion outside the cruise line. The cruise line did not have many dive options. I was pleased at how easy it was to book thru Victor. I was able to contact the dive company, Soul Divers, directly. They were very prompt and courteous. Pickup at the terminal was painless. My wife and I laughed as we walked past the lines of passengers waiting like herded cattle. Unfortunately we have found ourselves in those lines way too many times. Our dive master, Styse, was there waiting for you early. Which is a first. He’s from the Netherlands. We found him to be a great guide and dive master. He was very accommodating to our needs, very laid back and easy going. We took us on two wonderful, stress free and great dives. The coral and wildlife was great. We was always considerate to ensuring my wife and I have a wonderful and relaxed dive. We were able to dive to around 60’ each time. We came shallow and continued to stay shallow and drift beautiful coral gardens. After we decided we were done and wanted to head back he drove us back to the ship terminal. If you ever find yourself in Curaçao, especially if you are a cruise ship diver, and are looking for a truly private dive I highly recommend Soul Divers. When we come back they will be our first call.

Sytse and Ylva were so hospitable and amazing. We did two shore dives that were relaxed but teaming with fish and things to enjoy. It was so fun! Besides making sure we were prepared, safe, and comfortable- we enjoyed spending time with them. Highly recommend for all levels of divers!

Excellent….for so many reasons. I had booked a two tank private dive. We arrived at the Cruise ship port and were picked up precisely at the time and location designated by Soul Divers in their email communications. Ylva was our dive master, she provided all the needed equipment and two memorable dives. We enjoyed the laid-back and calm atmosphere, the excellent dive instructions and the safety information. We saw puffer fish, trumpet fish, angel fish, eels, turtle, and most importantly we found two seahorses.

The dive master fell ill and they couldn't find a replacement so they had to cancel my dive 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup from the cruise terminal. They immediately processed a full refund and contacted me via email and Whatsapp to make sure I got the news. Unfortunately the last minute cancellation meant I couldn't find a replacement.

wonderful private dive. Ylva of Soul Divers picked me up right at cruise ship port. all equipment was already in truck and she took me straight to Governors beach where our first dive started right off the beach. Then drove maybe 10 minutes to the next beach dive. First one was a wall dive second one had amazing coral. Overall fantastic experience.

Met driver at cruise port. He dove solo at beach and through a lagoon. Very helpful and had nitrox and all gear. Friendly and professional dive master. We had a great time. He even carried my gear down stairs and across rocky beach.

We recently booked this dive on our own while we were in port on a cruise ship. I provided the company with all the details on sizes before we left for the cruise and they did a fairly good job getting what we needed. The dive was a shore dive and they brought all needed gear with them when they picked us up. It would have been better if we went to their shop to try things on first as the booties were a little big. But its always hard to go just by shoe size via an email, they always differ so much being able to try them on first would have been better. Next time we will bring our own fins and booties, i was just trying to not fly with too much stuff. The booties were about as thick as socks and the beaches we dove from were very rocky so getting in and out of the water with BC, tanks and weights was a bit uncomfortable but once in the water the diving was great. If it was a boat dive, the booties didnt matter but with the rocky beaches and thin booties, thats why I took off 1 star. The dive masters were great. We had 2 for the 2 of us as no one else had booked a dive. However, a lady on our ship got left behind for the dive she booked with another company and our dive masters let her add on to our dive. They called their office and she gave all her sizes and they had gear for her delivered to the beach so she wouldnt miss diving while in port. Talk about customer service!!!! They had a go-pro and took pictures and then emailed us the link to download them at no extra charge! Unlike other places that want to charge a fortune for digital pictures. The dive masters were very friendly and open to joking around which made the drive part and top time more fun than other dives I have been on with "Stuffy, boring staff". The water temp was great, visibility was better than the day before in Aruba but i have had better visibility, but i know they have no control over weather and wind that affects visibility. Dive sites were fairly shallow so we had lots of bottom time. The best part was the small group, we didnt just play follow the leader and feel rushed. If anyone saw something, we signaled each other and spent how much time we wanted not feeling rushed to move along like we did the day before on the dive booked through the cruise ship on another island. When we were done they dropped us where we wanted. They were going to take us all the way back to the ship but i wanted to do some shopping so they dropped me off right where the shopping area started so i didnt have to walk all the way back there from the ship or catch a separate cab. We do a lot of diving when we are on cruises and from all the dives we have done I prefer the privately booked dives. The only difference on this one was the fact we didnt go to their shop first to pick out the perfect sized gear, this may have been logistics to ensure we had maximum dive time and not miss anything by wasting time driving around and if that was the case, i appreciate it. I definitely recommend this company and if they had better booties (or if it was a boat dive) i would have given them 5 stars.

I have way too many positive things to say about Sytse and Ylva. First off, they remained in constant contact with us following up before we even got to Curaçao. We knew where to meet them and how to get in touch with them with any problems. This was my first dive since getting certified in 2022 at my college and they made me feel so confident and comfortable. Our first dive was BEAUTIFUL! After the first dive they had water and cookies for us before the next dive. They briefed us on each place so we knew what to look for. They drove us to the second dive spot, put together our gear for us and we went right back to the water. They even bring their own go pro to get footage of your group! They keep the groups small to optimize the experience so it was a private tour for me and my friend. If you are in curaçao, dive with soul divers!!
