GREAT class and instructor. I finally learned how to make Peirogi !!! So much food, as the other reviews say, have a very small breakfast. Our instructor was wonderful and a great asset to Polanyia in sharing some history as she instructed us in cooking. I am ready for another class !!!

Must do when in Warsaw!

Highly recommend this class! *Even if you have little no cooking skills. And do the vodka tasting add on! :)

Loved it!

This class will be one of the highlights of your visit to Warsaw. The cooking was fun and easy to follow. I was amazed that we were actually able to make delicious pierogis our first time trying it.

Thank You for your kind words Carol! We loved having you in class! ❤️

Excellent and fun cooking experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our Polish cooking class! The facilities were very nice and very clean. Magda was amazing !!!!! She was very personable, had a great sense of humor, and speaks English very, very well. She made the experience such a pleasure. My warning to future customers would be to skip breakfast before you go because the school provides an amazing and abundant spread of breads, meats, cheeses, etc. and you eat the dishes you make as each course is completed - lots of food! We would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Warsaw! It can be a bit tricky to find - but look for the cooking school signs on the outside of the building. A great experience not to be missed!

Great way to spend Saturday

Turned out that signing up for this class was a great idea and a gift very well received. It was a lot of fun, lots of food and drink - because we chose to have vodka tasting - totally must have. Magda is a great teacher and a great, fun person too - it was a pleasure to meet her and cook pierogi under her supervision :) Thanks to the entire team - you guys were great. Keep up the good work!

Amazing Class

The excellent Magda kept us all entertained but also gave us personal encouragement. It was a fun four hours cooking, eating and knocking back shots in good company. Not to be missed.

My son and I had a great time learning how to make some traditional Polish dishes. The teacher was knowledgeable about the foods and preparation. Loved this class and highly recommend it.

A blast!

The instructor was so fun and excited to teach!!! I did this solo and was joined by another couple in the class and I think it made the class. You get a ton of food!! I went on a polish food tour afterwards and already knew a lot of the foods they were talking about. Also get the alcohol tasting package with it- you get enough for your money!

Let's do it again

As said in other post a little hard to find, but don’t give up because it was worth all the fun! Met great people from all over, and was happy to take a little bit of Polish back with me. Highly recommend the alcohol tasting. It’s not all Vodka ... would do again!

This was so much fun. it was -15 outside and blowing a blizzard, Magda our teacher gave us a warm welcome, and quite a lot of vodka......The class covered apple pancakes and classic pierogi. The teaching covered everything we needed and Magda kept a close eye on us. The platter of cold meats and cheeses gave us a real taste of local food and when added to our own creations left us not needing to eat for the rest of the day. Thank you Magda for a wonderful experience,

I highly recommend this activity! Magda and her support staff are welcoming, knowledgable, well organized, and great fun. The apple infused pancake and pierogi recipes three varieties including Russian, meat, and mushroom were delicious. Along with these recipes Magda provided tips and creative techniques that enabled us to be successful. A variety of Vodkas were tasted throughout the instructions and during our self-prepared meal. By the end of the class I felt as if I had spent a great afternoon with friends and family. I look forward to preparing these recipes with my family. Thank you, Magda!

We really loved this class. Magda was our instructor. She answered all our questions and gave many good tips. She was funny and considerate and professional. The class itself was so good. We were greeted with a hot drink, welcomed and shown coat storage and bathrooms. The room was on the 9th floor, with large windows and ample work stations. We got the optional vodka tasting and also a couple extra samples of vodkas thrown in. The people in the class were from many countries and very friendly. We Had plenty to eat. Everything was delicious. Our menu was Apple pancakes and three kinds of Pierogies. Also provided for us were Polish cheese samples, Polish meats and toppings to go,with our finished dishes. We felt we got a great experience and value for our money. We highly recommend the experience.

A really fun and informative experience. The perfect way to break up a traditional sightseeing city break. We learned to make a lovely selection of typical Polish food, tried other delicacies and enjoyed a fantastic vodka tasting throughout. The food was absolutely delicious and we learned a lot about it, and so generous we didn't need to eat anything for the rest of the day!

We had an absolutely fantastic cooking and drinking experience at the Polish Your Cooking course in Warsaw! The whole experience was fascinating and fun. It was quite easy to find the venue and it was atmospheric walking along the corridors of the cold-war era building where the school is based. The chef-tutor, Magda, is excellent! She is energetic, funny, talented and talkative. She speaks excellent English and makes everyone feel completely at home. The cooking was authentic and we picked up quite a number of skills that we will take back home with us. At first we made apple-pancakes, which we ate as a late-breakfast along with a generous supply of breads, cold meats, pickles and sauces. We then made the famous Polish Pierogi with two different fillings. The group of English and American participants, ranging in age from 30's to 60's, gelled very well together and we all had a jolly good time! The Vodka tasting was woven throughout the course and gave an added dimension of insight and fun to the whole proceedings. It was a highlight of our trip to Poland - thanks Magda! Highly Recommended!

Absolutely wonderful class to take! We love to learn local traditions and cooking when traveling so this caught our eye immediately. Magda was an excellent chef/teacher. The class was perfectly laid out: arrival with wonderful coffee/juice followed by a bread/meat/cheese tray don't eat breakfast before!, followed by apple pancakes. Then we learned out to make the traditional piergoi and feasted after! Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to learn a touch of Polish cuisine!
