Despite of being late for pick-up, we truly enjoyed the tour. It was one of the best trips in Namibia. Highly recommended!

We scheduled the Sandwich Harbor tour from our cruise ship. Bertie, our experienced tour guide, was waiting on us as planned with his 4 x 4, Land Cruiser. Our first stop was at the Bay to see the pelicans and flamingos, then off to Sandwich Harbor. Our trip was amazing. We saw the salt factory and the pink lakes along the way. Sadly, we also saw a few sea lions who had come up on the beach to die. The sands dunes and sea were beautiful. Bertie is very knowledgeable and a great driver. We went up, down, around, and over sand dunes. He also provided a lovely lunch on top of the sand down with a view; he even accommodated the two vegetarians. We had a great time, and if we’re ever back in Namibia, we definitely will be booking another excursion with Bertie.

Wow! We had a fantastic day on our Sandwich Harbour Tour. Bertie’s experience and knowledge is such that you are guaranteed a fabulous day. He explained in detail about the coastline, dunes, vegetation and wildlife.
The lunch perched on top of a dune only his Land Rover could reach meant not only did we have a great view but the quiet to fully absorb the unique landscape.
If you are going to Walvis Bay Bertie’s Coastline Adventure Tours has to be your first choice.
