Overview
Set off early on an adventure to Sandwich Harbor and Walvis Bay Lagoon to catch the clear morning light and cooler temperatures. See thousands of flamingos feeding and resting on the lagoon, and see the local salt refinery, which takes natural salts out of the water. Travel to the Namib Desert, then head to Pelican Point to see a colony of seals. Hotel pickup is included for added convenience.

Dennis was great from the pickup at the port to the drop off. We enjoyed our full day with him seeing flamingos, seals and assorted other animals. He even found a gecko for us. Riding the dunes was so much fun with Dennis. He is an amazing driver. And the views were beautiful of the dunes over the ocean. The included picnic lunch was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for a great day.

Fabulous fun-filled day trip in and around the Namib desert.
We saw flamingos, the desert gheko, black backed jackals and ostriches, the salt factory and more before heading out to the sand dunes. It was a real thrill to zip up and down, somewhat like being on a giant roller coaster.
A lovely lunch was served atop one of the dunes.
All in all a great day. Highly recommend!

Our driver Kevin told us a lot about the region and Namibia.
We had enough time at all stations to enjoy the very beautiful nature. We were alone with Kevin and always had a safe feeling.
The sights were as described and by no means crowded. The day was just really nice and we can only recommend this tour.

Pasamos un estupendo día gracias a nuestro guía. Hicimos varias paradas para ver a los flamingos, pink lake, un recorrido por la playa donde encontramos a dos geckos, vimos leones marinos, un chakal, hasta al fin que llegamos a sandwich harbour y disfrutamos de subir por las dunas y tomar un aperitivo con las mejores vistas.
