Really fun luxury cruise! I enjoyed the wildlife, drinks, snacks, and explanations from the staff. Well worth it.

I booked and paid for transportation from the airport to the hotel in Victoria Falls and when I left the airport they were not there. I waited for more than half an hour. People helped me call them to see if they were going to pick me up. They finally arrived and the excuse is that they were doing another transport. With the reservation made two months before, the service seems very bad to me.
