The tour was fun and very busy. We lucked out with perfect weather. Accommodations were basic but clean. Meals were simple but tasty and great consideration was given to food preferences. Our guide Marcello and the driver were both hospitable and entertaining. Loved it.

No sé por dónde empezar, pero paso a detallar: 1) Pusieron en peligro la integridad psicofisica de los pasajeros debido a la poca preparación de los vehículos (en uno se incendio la radio, y en otro no solo se pincho la rueda del vehículo sino también la rueda de auxilio). Por otro parte los choferes estaban incomunicados, sin ningún tipo de dispositivo para comunicarse para pedir ayuda, no conocían los caminos de las excursiones, por lo cual perdimos horas dando vueltas por el desierto de Bolivia. 2) No es la excursión que esperaba. Cambiaron los itinerarios, hubo cosas que no hicimos. 3) No avisaron cosas importantes, si bien teníamos cubiertas todas las entradas a las excursiones, nos hicieron pagar una "porque se olvidaron el dinero". En uno de los alojamientos nos cobraron la ducha. Y no especificaron el tipo de alojamiento (que no tiene luz, que se paga la ducha, que iba a hacer tanto frío, que no había señal, etc.) 4) NO HUBO GUÍA. Jamas nos explicaron a dónde íbamos, que íbamos a hacer, dónde estábamos, ni que estábamos viendo. Nos guiamos por las características que detalla la página. Honestamente, considero que deberían compensarnos económicamente, porque este tour no fue el que pague.
