I hired the company Skyline for Viator, however, the tour was carried out by a partner, Exp. Alkaya, whose guide was super helpful. From what I noticed, Skyline had no data from my reservation, some system error, but when showing the proof the helpful attendant questioned nothing and solved the problem by calling the partner company. I was only in doubt if the service provided by Skyline would not be better, but it was worth the ride. I requested Spanish, but in the same car were an Australian, a Swiss and a German, who did not understand what the guide was saying, leading to believing that my tour was an envelope for not having knowledge of my reservation. But finally, it worked, but I'm not able to evaluate Skyline's service.
