Jason was our guide. He was fantastic-he picked us up from our lodging and then we were off on an incredible experience for the day! Great conversation and awesome background knowledge on the area. Moonscape, Factory Butte, and the Bentonite hills were amazing. Jason also showed us some other unique areas, so much fun! My family loved this excursion. One of our favorites from the trip!

My husband and I wanted to do a tour while we were in Utah. The Viator website was not the greatest to use, but the tour itself was fantastic! Our tour guide Sam was very knowledgeable, a skilled off-road driver, and knew the best sites.

This tour is an unforgettable experience. You're going to see a collection of landscapes you just can't see anywhere else in this short a time frame. The sites and vistas are stunning, hard to really even comprehend. Your tour guide Jason is a phenomenal expert to take you on this journey and an even better person. If you're thinking about booking this--stop thinking and just do it.

This tour was AMAZING! I could not recommend it enough. These two sites really are otherworldly and should definitely be on your visit list for the area. But more than just the amazing views of the landscape, Jason was such an excellent guide. He knows so much about the history and geology of the landscape. I expressed an interest in fossils and he made some extra stops on the way to show me some which was so nice and unexpected, it felt like spending a morning with a friend. He also took pictures for me at these sites which as a solo traveler it’s great to have pictures of myself in the places I travel, especially at such cool spots. If you are visiting Capitol Reef you really need to book this tour or another tour with Waterpocket Adventure Company. You will have such a great time and a better appreciation of the park than anything you see driving through!
