This is a great shore excursion for cruise passengers. We were picked up by Putu for our private tour directly at the cruise terminal. Putu was attentive and knowledgeable and we had a great day. Visited the Monkey Sanctuary Temples, the terraced rice fields, had lunch overlooking a beautiful waterfall and finally visited a stunning temple before returning to the ship in plenty of time.

A Wonderful Tour

We spent a lovely day with Wayan, seeing wonderful sights and learning so much about about Bali. Wayan was extremely knowledgeable, kind and considerate. His vehicle was new, comfortable and the air conditioning was oh so nice. He was flexible to our wishes and modified the tour to our desires. I cannot imagine a better tour than what Wayan provided us.

Amazing day in Bali with a local

We had the absolute best day with Juli! He was so kind and knowledgeable and showed us many beautiful places in Bali. We loved seeing the rice paddies and the temples. At our request, Juli took us to lunch at a local spot and we enjoyed traditional Balinese food. This tour was everything we hoped for and more and made our day in Bali one of our favorite days of our whole trip. We had a full 8 hours but still only scratched the surface of Bali so after our tour we definitely want to come back and spend more time here. This tour is amazing for cruise guests. Juli was there when we got off the ship and made sure to have us back in time with no stress.

The "Best of Ubud" WAS THE BEST!!!

Anyone looking for a cruise ship excursion should seriously book this tour! Private actually means just YOUR group (no 'last minute' add on folks from other groups) and 'all inclusive' was truly ALL inclusive. Mat was our tour guide and everything was amazing. Mat was at the port holding a sign with our name. We had a group of 9 ... and the van was clean, comfortable and airconditioned. The itinerary was busy (which is what we wanted) but we had plenty of time to explore and enjoy every stop. I will say that Mat made the tour special. While you can't pick your tour guide, it does make a difference. He educated and informed us about key things but was also quiet when he knew we wanted to 'experience' the beauty. Everything about our day was perfect, the sites, the lunch ... and getting back to the ship with plenty of time to spare! Thank you!

Driver arrived on time! Very knowledgeable about the difference places. Took us to coffee plantation, Monkey Forest (over 1000 of monkey), Happy Swings Bali is a must 7 different photos opt, outfit for two including in price. This is a MUST only with - Happy Swings Bali! These guys are simply amazing: professional, and fun! Our pictures are simply amazing!!! Much better than the one by Rice Terrace had to pay extra for 1 outfit and photos! Rip off! Shame on you! We went to the healing and blessing temple and Water falls! Would been nice if we could stop for shopping in Ubud! But driver wouldn’t stop oh well found a driver that would take us!

A wonderful way to see Bali!

Wow! What a wonderful day! This tour with Putu enabled us to see so much of Bali in one day. We came to Bali by cruise ship. Putu met us at the Port and showed us the art of making Batik, wood carving, the Monkey Forrest, rice paddies, the coffee from civet droppings, the Pura Tirka Empul ( cleansing temple) and the fabulous waterfall and valley (tenganungan waterfall). Fees to enter these attractions were not included, but the charges are minimal. Be sure to bring cash. You will need it to enter the temple, monkey forrest, waterfall and rice fields, but the amount needed is less than 250,000 riupiah (about $20 US) each. We bought Batik items and a delicious lunch. Those businesses took credit cards.

Juli was great! He was super flexible with the activities because to be honest i was extremely tired 😅 so we did a bit of an accelerated itinerary. It was nice to be able to do everything without it taking all day.

We hebben de tour mogen doen met Wayan. Hij is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame man. Hij legt alles goed uit in het Engels. Neemt er ook de tijd voor. Als je ergens wat langer wilt blijven, of je wilt ergens gaan lunchen dan was dit geen probleem. Wayan had ook in zijn coolbox lekker koud drinken op voorraad wat heerlijk was na een stukje te hebben gelopen in de hitte. Wij zouden zeggen boek deze tour!!!
