Snorkel guide very friendly and accommodating and the waterfalls was nice. But the best part of the experience was our driver Adi, from the moment he picked us up we were laughing and joking all day, such a beautiful person. Was full of local information and always ensured our well being was to utmost top notch. If you can get Adi, you won’t regret it!!!!!! Thank you Adi very much.

Because of the weather we couldn’t do snorkeling but our guide Esa offered multiple options to see the area. He took us to the rice fields, waterfalls and shopping areas to show us what was available. He even got wet to make sure we had pictures of our experience.

Great trip the snorkeling was brilliant loads of fish. Waterfalls stunning with picture opportunity and chance to swim. Our driver Esa was excellent and could not have done more to make this a great trip. Would absolutely recommend, great value for money.

The trip was seamless and everything was on time and professionally organised. We were collected from our hotel promptly and enjoyed a lovely drive through the Bali countryside accompanied by excellent local knowledge and facts by our outstanding driver Adi. From first meeting us he was a warm, energetic and lovely young man. He kept us smiling the entire time and the trip was made by him! Made was an absolute legend when it came to organizing our tour in Bali. As a group of five Kiwis, we were looking for someone who was reliable, easy to communicate with, and could cater to our needs. Made did not disappoint.
He picked us up on time and took us to some incredible snorkeling spots at the Blue Lagoon. The rest of the tour was completely customizable, which was perfect for us as we were nursing some pretty hefty hangovers. We got to visit a Luwak coffee plantation, which was a unique experience, and had us in stitches during a hilarious car tour around the area.
Made was not only respectful but also incredibly funny and entertaining. We had such a great time with him that we have already made plans to catch up with him later in our trip for another tour around Ubud.
If you're looking for a tour guide in Bali who is reliable, fun, knowledgeable and willing to cater to your needs, Made is your guy. We can't recommend him enough and can't wait to see him again on our next adventure.

We got picked up at the hotel and went to the blue lagoon where we went snorkelling and were so lucky to see turtles! After that we visited a coffee plantation wit Luwak coffee… from there we went to the two waterfalls Kantolampo and Tibumana. Our driver Adi was so lovely and informative and looked after us all day..

We had a very professional and humble driver - Adik - who was obviously proud of his country and happy to show it off.
I would recommend going early because the wind came up and made the seas very rough which cut short our snorkelling time.
But overall, it was a good experience and the staff so very helpful.
Enjoy all the colours of the sea and explore the waterfalls.

We made a booking for this experience the night before and Made was so happy to accommodate us! We had the best time snorkeling - our snorkeling guide was able to find us a turtle, seasnake, sting ray - it was amazing! Our driver Denia was very entertaining and accommodating, offering to take photos for us. Lunch was delicious. The waterfall was beautiful and coffee plantation was really informative and super interesting, loved trying all the different teas and coffees! Denia made sure we were happy with our whole experience, Thank you again!

Made was an excellent guide, very friendly and a very safe driver. He is willing to accommodate the trip to your needs, and also is great conversation during the drive, he taught me a lot of interesting things about Bali. The snorkeling was really nice, they take you out in a boat to different areas and you can see lots of rainbow fish and cute clown fish. they give you bread crumbs do you can lure swarms of fish around you, it's really cool. Kanto lampo and tibumana waterfall was beautiful . It's a good way to see a bit of Bali, do some activity and have a great day in paradise. Much recommended.

We had the best trip today! Made was our tour guide and we couldn't have asked for a better person to take us snorkelling and to the waterfalls. Made was very friendly and helpful. We had transport from benoa and offered us to stop for breaks if we ever wanted. The snorkelling experience was amazing and we saw a turtle from the helpfulness of the snorkelling guys. Made was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. We had the best time with him with lots of chatting and laughter.He made sure to take lots and lots of photos! The waterfall was stunning.

Although the places we visited were nice, I qualify this as a bad experience. First of all, the driver Adi, had borrowed a car with double tinted windows, so it was difficult to look out or take pictures, In the end we just drove with open windows. Second, from the moment we took off he drove as if he was in the Indy 500. Several times we asked for him to slow down so we could see things and take pics. He also admitted himself he spoke hardly no English and when we used our translate app to ask what a certain site or building was, he would answer:" Oh a temple" or "Oh religious meeting" or give a totally wrong answer to a question. He was just not interested in anything. The snorkeling trip was nice. The snorkeling guide was wonderful and we saw a lot of coral and fish. Bring your sunblock : I got pretty sunburned ! THe waterfall was nice but way too crowded.

We are apologize for your inconvenience during the trip due to an incident like the one described above with our driver, here I explain that he is only a driver who is able to communicate in English about the trip ( not out of topic ) his job is to take you to the destination but he is not a guide. I'm so glad you really enjoyed snorkeling at our place so that was actually the GOAL of the trip!! In our opinion you should not give us 1 star if you have no problems at the snorkeling place and we have done our best for you,our driver is not a guide who has to give a detailed explanation about the journey to the beach

Pande our driver was great! Picked us up on time and navigated the crazy traffic. Great snorkelling in 2 areas (a bit choppy in the Blue Lagoon for me as not a strong swimmer) but my husband and daughter said it was amazing. Saw lots of different fish, including lots of Nemo's but sadly no turtles today. Our snorkelling guide was great and led us to the best coral areas. After snorkelling was lunch at a great little restaurant where you can get showered and changed. Lunch was a choice of traditional dishes including a soft drink. Afterwards we drove to Tibumana Waterfall which was spectacular. We decided to call it a day after that as we have had a very busy week and already seen a few waterfalls. Great trip, we all had a lovely day.
