Pick up from the hotel, great communication from the drier/guide (Kadek). Blue lagoon & a second stop close by for snorkeling both fairly close to the shore so not long on the boat. One hour at each stop was great. We saw lots of different sealife. Lunch was fabulous back on shore. Kanto lampo waterfall was great, lots of steps down to it though. Great day with a great guide/driver. Thanks 😊

The title is misleading

The title is misleading. They don’t take you to the Tibumana Waterfall. So I was disappointed with paying for the all included and it wasn’t all included.

Thanks for the feedback, I sent you message on WhatsApp to inform you about the trip one day before, but your hotel is outside our cover area which is located in north Bali, so that is not included our area for pick up and drop off. and you told me that you have a private driver for the trip that you booked on viator. after that your driver does not take you to the waterfalls. is it our fault? I don't know the driver that you used. You should complain to the driver that you choose. thanks

We had a pretty good day. Alit, our driver was very kind and gave us a wonderful day with many insights. The boat trip was kinda wild but funny and the snorkeling adventure was really nice. We can fully recommend this adventure.

Our driver Komang! Beautiful water but the restaurant charged us over 100,000 IDR for coffee! It was unexpected as the lunch AA’s supposed to give us a free drink.

Komang was amazing! He definitely made this tour spectacular! There was alot to do and i never felt rushed, the snorkeling was amazing! And the rest of the tour was so much fun! Definitely recommend!!

Snorkeling wasn't great because there was no instructor to teach my kids who have never snorkel before. Boatman did not remind my group we spent too much time in first snorkeling location. Ended up needing to tip the boatman to bring us to the second snorkeling location. In sum, the snorkeling experience wasn't conducted professionally.

Booking and communication was great. Our driver Komang was fantastic, punctual and flexible with our itinerary. He even did some great bargaining for me at a shop because I am rubbish at it :)) Also really enjoyed chatting with him on the ride around the sights 👍🏻 What didn’t sit well with my group was that the 2 x 1h of promised snorkelling in two different bays ended up being 30min & 15min respectively. The bays were quite crowded and the snorkelling guide was more interested in chatting up a young girl on the trip then pushed for a tip at lunch. The boat driver also nearly ran over my friend?! The food was fine at the lunch stop, no problems there. The Kanto Lampo waterfall is very pretty though there is no real place to relax and cool off. Sadly, the entire site is more or less a lengthy queue for narcissistic posers and their social media accounts. On the basis of this we skipped the 2nd waterfall. We had a fun time but couldn’t recommend it to someone without them being aware of what they will likely experience.

The driver is on time and nice to converse with. Snorkeling area is good. Limited options for lunch. Waterfall experience is just okay due to number of visitors on queue to pose and take pictures in the area you cannot really do much to enjoy the waterfalls itself. We also went to a coffee plantation where we enjoyed our stay with sample tea and coffee.

Great trip out to the blue lagoon for the snorkeling but the best part of the day was definitely the waterfalls,highly recommend. And thanks to Denny my driver for the day,helpful and a good tour guide.

Nice and relaxing day with a perfect tour guide GUSTI. From the moment we have been picked up at the villa everything was well arranged and clearly explained how the day was filled. First a drive to the blue lagoon to enter the boot for a 2 hour snorkeling trip. We where lucky and have seen 2 sea turtles. After the first waterfall we would change the plan. This was no problem and Gusti came up with some nice options. We decided to skip the second waterfall and went straight to the coffee plantation to drink coffee luwak. A real nice day with a tour guide that really love his job and tells everything he know about his Bali.
