We went with viator reservation to counter by 9.45 am for 10 am ride. They told to wait. For reservation but no one came. We have go again and ask for the reservation.once they have noted down the details, they gave a slip and asked us to wait. Another employee came and started shouting why are you sitting here, your team is waiting you have to go, if you don't go then you can't ride. There are conflicting directions. One person asks to wait and another asks to go. They made us hurry and didn't allow us to wear even proper size boots. Ride through tunnels and waterfall was good.

Dear Mohini, Thank you for giving us feedback, we are very sad to hear what you told us. After we got information from our staff, they told you to wait in the locker while wearing boats. However, you ignored the staff's instructions by taking a seat in the restaurant instead of in the changing room. It so happened, there were several people who were going to tour with you and they were waiting for you to join, and did not arrive until 20 minutes and our staff looked for and saw you sitting in our restaurant area, because the departure time had started and of course this made you rush because many participants had been waiting for you for quite a long time. This is the real statement, with this chronological, I am sure the readers can judge it. Thank You Made Wira

Butu, our driver, picked us up at our Airbnb in Canggu and was a great social guide, took us to experience Luwak coffee and facilitated the ATVs for us also. Great experience and had some great photos

We won't a full refund as they told us we were to old. We had to pay 150000 to the driver to take us ti ubud

Dear Thank you for your feedback, we are appologize for your problem, but you need to know our insurance rules for participants 6 years old for children and 65 max age for adult participants ( Noted Already ). According to the ticket, what you paid is 1 tandem, but at the location you want to change to 2 tandems and don't want to pay for the extra 1 tandem. You want to hire 2 of our guides for free so you can take 2 tandems without paying. We're appologize we can't do that. Regarding refund rules, we as ATV providers only follow the refund terms and conditions in viator. So first apply for a refund there Thank You Made Wira
