That the machines are outdated and need maintenance...and the terrain is dangerous at some points Their medical person/help is not up to par either

Go early! We got private guided ride at 0730. Fast as we dared with guide matching our enthusiasm. Recommend riding tandem with backseat rider being videographer. Excitement builds throughout tour as terraced rice paddies give way to muddy jungles. After a cruise through village and past the scenic Kuber starting point, second half of ride is kick ass. Deeper into the jungle climaxing into the caves. Closest you’ll ever get to being in an Indians Jones movie: IJ and the caves of Kuber. Nice lunch to enjoy while the adrenaline subsides and the memories are relived for the first of many times. The best off resort activity of our trip to paradise.
