This was a great experience. We got to travel dirt tracks and through local villages using the buggies. After we attempted the mountain bike track, but it would be best suited to someone who has some experience with mountain bikes. Then we got a tour of the rice fields and taken to a private waterfall for a swim. The buggies were amazing fun and the personal experience from the guides was greatly appreciated. Recommend!

$800 taken and no tour provided. It also is difficult to get a refund. We waited for a hour in the heat and no one arrived to pick us up and no one responded to our messages. And Viator have not yet refunded us.

DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! PERIOD!!!! I had a confirmed and fully paid for booking through Viator. They never showed up! Multiple tries to contact them via messages and calling their number and they never answered. Viator tried to contact them unsuccessfully as well. I wasted 184 AUD. I am now trying to get a refund through Viator. It looks like they don’t operate anymore but still take bookings and payment through Viator. BE AWARE!! THIS IS A SCAM

Viator rip you off. They book tours with operators who don’t deal with them. No one came to pick us up. When we rang the local operator it was a national day. They said they weren’t operating that day and that they no longer took bookings from Viator. Looks like we have lost our $369.😡

The booking was made and paid in full. Email was sent advising of an 0900 pickup. We’re waiting from 0830 until 0930 and emailed the agent advising we were waiting and they cancelled our booking only to be advised that they were “waiting at the hotel for us” - incorrect. They then advised we had given them the wrong hotel. Which is a lie and incorrect. I paid over AUD$340. They processed a refund to me of AUD$1 (only!!!)to accomodate paying for lunches and expenses. Which is rubbish. Save yourself the hassle and book when you get to the island and not through this company!!!! Absolutely disgusted. Very salty experience for myself and my partner.

The buggies were fun but a bit worn out, I managed to break two of them. Guides were good and informative and keep making sure we were having fun despite the breakdowns. Bike ride was easy hardly had to pedal. Waterfall was good and worth the clamber over the rocks

This experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our driver was fantastic and not only filled is in on the day's scheduled activities during our trip up from Seminyak but was also full of fantastic tips for our time in Bali in general. The tour itself was so much fun and despite getting stuck numerous times in the Komodo, help was always close at hand and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. One of the major highlights for us was watching the reaction of the local kids as the strange looking foreigners drove through town - there were many high fives as we passed and countless smiles from, these gorgeous children. We capped off the day with a nice hot shower followed by a delicious 3 course meal at base camp. A fantastic day away from the hustle and bustle of Bali in beautiful surroundings - I would recommend this tour to anyone with a sense of adventure.
