Transfer from our hotel to the rafting spot and back was so seamless! The check in process was easy and staff were very friendly. Our guide on the river made the rafting trip fun and kept us engaged while keeping it safe for all. Lunch at the end was very tasty. Beware - there are A LOT of stairs at the beginning of the river and at the end, but so worth it for the experience.

The driver that collected us and returned us to our hotel was brilliant, very friendly and helpful too. The rafting guide we had a was a great laugh, and made the experience even more fun, This is a great experience that i’d recommend anybody to do. The included lunch is not worth eating however, we avoided as it looked terrible.

Recommend! Lots of steps down and up to raft 450+ each way. Super sore the next day! Rafting was a good time, equipment needs to be replaced and updated but ok. Lunch was totally gross would not recommend eating. ATVs was fun going a small group because you move super slow already. Pretty ride, some mud and water ! We enjoyed it.

Beautiful nature! Water rafting in the middle of a jungle is a unique experience. Rapids are just perfect -not too much and not too little. Very friendly and experienced personal. Our guide, Newmo, was a great at directing the raft! Would highly recommend!

Good food, well trained guide. Fun experience. Not for people who have knee problems. A lot of steps to take and require upper body strength to do this activity.

The experience in itself was so fun! We were in such good hands of our guide and had such a great time. Our driver for the day - Wah was also so accommodating and sweet. He made sure to give the best recommendations and always ensured we were well settled in before giving us our alone time. We also learnt alot about the Balinese culture all thanks to him. He also very nicely prepared a nice birthday surprise for us. Overall really enjoyed the trip and can’t wait to be back again! :)

It was a fun adventure. Pick up from hotel was on time. Service was smooth. Guide was very helpful. Safety instructions were explained clearly. However, I wouldn't recommend the lunch. It was not as expected.

Did this activity with my husband and two sons ages 14 and 11. It was loads of fun. The rapids weren't too wild and the natural scenery and rock carvings were amazing. Our guide made it fun and had us laughing as we approached the rapids. We stopped at a waterfall, where many tourists were taking selfies and stopped again where there was a shop on the banks and you could buy a drink. Even though we didn't have any money on us, we could purchase a drink and pay our guide once we returned to our bags. One of the most enertaining aspects was the interaction taking place between people and guides on other rafts. A couple of splashing wars went on. I wore shoes but you didn't have to. My husband and son coped fine without shoes, though the 400 steps down to the river were a little rough - if you have sensitive feet - wear shoes. There were about 100 steps back up - I stopped twice to catch my breath. My fit sons and husband hurried up them in no time. Buffet lunch was very welcome after the rafting. We also purchased a great action photo taken of us by the tour group. For me, it was a holiday highlight and I would do it again. A side note: you can bring your phone/camera and money - they have a waterproof bag attached to the raft which can store a few small items. You put a fresh change of clothes in a locker at the centre then are driven in an open truck ride to the top of the rvier. You ride down back to the centre where you can shower and change and have lunch. Very well organised. We were picked up from our hotel right on time and delivered back straight afterwards. Excellent.
