    Hotel Lobby Meeting Point: Please wait in the main hotel lobby or the villa driveway at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Driver Identification: Our driver will carry a sign displaying the group leader's name. Direct Contact: Please ensure the contact number you provided (preferably one with an active WhatsApp account) is reachable. Our operations team or driver will contact you the evening before or on the morning of the tour to reconfirm the exact pickup time. Villas/Airbnbs with Narrow Access: If your villa is located in a narrow alley inaccessible to cars, please coordinate with our team via WhatsApp beforehand to arrange a meeting point on the nearest main road. Self-Driving Guests: If you have chosen the option without hotel transfer services, please arrive directly at the Alasan Adventure basecamp in Payangan, Ubud, at least 20 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
