Truly 99% down hill. Great service - professional and informative. Relax pace and no stress. Well maintained bikes. I recommend wholeheartedly. The coffee plantation and tasting were fascinating. And the tea and coffee all tasted good - even the cat poo coffee 💩😋☕️

Our family had the most amazing experience on this cycling tour in Ubud! It was the perfect combination of excitement and education, making it enjoyable for all ages. The route took us through stunning landscapes, traditional villages, and lush rice fields, giving us a real taste of Bali’s natural beauty and charm. Our guide was absolutely fantastic — speaking excellent English and sharing so much knowledge about Balinese life, traditions, and culture. We learned fascinating things at every stop, from daily rituals to local farming practices. The pace was relaxed and suitable for everyone in our group, from the youngest to the eldest, so it truly is a great activity for the whole family. We really liked the downhill cycling tour! It was around 18km downhill on the backroads and doable for any fitness level. Perfect for families. It was a good mix of cycling and stopping at interesting points to learn about the culture. Just an idea: maybe offering two different tours: the one we did as a family (18km) and another one a bit longer for more ambitious cyclists 😊

Great communication from the moment we booked this tour. A wonderful ride through the countryside with an amazing and caring guide. The only thing that let this tour down slightly was the lunch stop where the buffet tasted okay but the food was lukewarm. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I would recommend this tour.

This was the highlight of our trip to Bali and highly recommend. Everything was well organised by the team, our guide Agus was amazing. We learned all about the Bali culture, cycled the back alleys and rice fields, saw inside a Balinese house/compound, had a fantastic lunch (even catered for a coeliac!), met some lovely people, and were driven to/from our Villa miles away by Bayu, who very kindly made a detour to the Monkey forest for us. We were really taken care off, and it was a lot of fun. Went with two reluctant teen boys, who said afterwards it was the best part of the holiday - and we were well taken care off whilst my husband was laid up in bed with bali belly and missed the whole thing. Guess we'll just have to go back!

fantastic! One of our highlights of our stay in Ubad. We are a family of 4 and the children aged 12 and 14. Our guide August was brilliant - pitched the tour just right! Good to escape the busy Ubad centre - the scenery on the tour spectacular - you would not get to see any of this from a car. Cycle all down hill at a gentle pace. Bikes all good quality. Stop in the local village super interesting and a real insight into Balinese cultural. Finished off with a delicious inch. Highly Recommend.

Great guide through the beautiful Ubud scenery

We had an amazing day on the Goat Bali Cycling tour. Our guide was fantastic, spoke great English and had excellent knowledge to share with us as we made our way through the beautiful rice fields and local villages on the bikes. The ride is very easy with some of the best views we’ve seen in Bali. It is worth noting it is about 1hr drive from Ubud and there is also a stop at a coffee plantation on the way which we would have preferred to skip, but may appeal to others. All up, great trip and great communication with tour provider too, would recommend to anyone coming to Ubud.

A full and rich experience. Started off at the coffee and herb plantation - interesting and informative. Then views of the volcanos which was spectacular. Finally, a 2-hour ride with stops at points of interest including the heritage listed rice fields. The limit of 4 per group was great as we chatted with the other couple and developed a nice relationship.

Our family of 4 had the best time, 95% downhill - yeeyah!! Learnt heaps about the cultures around Bali from Dika, he was knowledgeable, easy to understand, funny and made things fun and he kept it at a good pace too. Beautiful scenery, interesting local details shared. Also great comms, pick-up and driving was great, cycle equipment fab, buffet meal at the end was delicious. THE highlight of our Ubud trip

Our guide Dedy was super friendly, knowledgeable and showed us some incredible places in Ubud. We were lucky enough to see a traditional Balinese public cremation which was a highlight. This tour is a fantastic way to experience Bali’s traditional culture and the locals’ way of life, and to take a break from the touristy places. The lunch was also delicious and a great way to finish the tour!
