I already paid nearly 36 Euros online to the company and when I got there they wanted another 60 euros for my hour and a half trip to San Vito lo Copo which I find scandalous. I might add that I work as a taxi driver myself in Liverpool, England. If I was to charge some nearly a hundred pound for an hour and half s work they would report me to the city council and I would probably have my taxi licence revoked and rightly so. I do take in to consideration the time of day it was but still find it disgusting that a firm can pull this trick on me . I do take into consideration the time of day it was but

Good morning. Your reservation you made on this site is very clear, from TRAPANI AIRPORT TO TRAPANI PORTO, in fact you have paid the amount for this route. You wrote a message saying that your destination was the P ******** Hotel in San Vito Lo Capo. We answered you and sent you an email on 09/22/2022 at 09:47, we pointed out that the address was in San Vito Lo Capo and not in Trapani. We asked you to rectify your booking or change it. On the day of your arrival, we were perfectly at the airport waiting for you, but to take you to Trapani city, because you have booked this. You asked to be dropped off in San Vito Lo Capo (first to the driver and then to our operations center), but it is obvious that we had to ask for the difference, the transfer from Trapani airport to San Vito Lo Capo costs between 90 and 100 euros. So, since there is the truth written in black and white, I will not allow you these free and public offenses, indeed have the intellectual honesty to understand that you made the wrong booking! Greetings.
