Your arrival was scheduled for 1:10 PM.
We waited for over an hour without any problems. I greeted you with a warm, friendly smile and no inconvenience whatsoever.
Afterwards, I explained that you had chosen the wrong option for your return trip: day transfer instead of night transfer. Does discussing or explaining our point of view mean we are impolite? I didn't ask for anything, no extra money or anything; I'm just providing information that was already mentioned in the description.
A 1-star rating means I didn't arrive at the designated stop to pick you up.
Our service was perfect, and I don't care about your comment, which perfectly reflects your negative attitude.
Also for me I hope that “ never again “

Our driver was very professional and gave us a warm welcome into Morocco. He explained a lot about the city as we drove through downtown Tangier which really intrigued the kiddos. Great experience!

My driver wasn't in the arrivals hall when I landed which was quite a stressful experience. I wasn't given a specific driver's contact details in advance so was a bit of a panic to get hold of the company. I managed to get hold of the driver about 15 minutes later and he gave me directions to find him in the car park which wasn't ideal.

So easy, the taxi driver was waiting for me with my name on a sign as soon as I walked out of the airport. I would definitely recommend pre-booking a taxi. Friendly and safe.

A generally smooth and professional transfer, only thing that brings it down from 5 stars is that we had to wait for around 5-10 mins outside the terminal, as they'd mistimed their previous job. (We had shared whatsapp updates as we passed through passport control etc)

Muhammed was supposed to be our driver but he was stucked in the road block between Tangier and Rabat so he messages me through WhatsApp and sent his cousin Alie to pick us up. Alie is a very young guy, showed up on time as promised. We had a great conversation along the way to the airport. Highly recommend his service.

We had our late arrival and Mohammed picked us up on time. He is a friendly driver who answer lots of our question about Tangier. He made us feel welcome in the city. He communicated well in advance prior to our arrival through WhatsApp so there was no miscommunication between us. Highly recommend him for his service.

Mohammed and his colleagues were amazing!
Always on time, always smiling and with nice clean taxis.
We booked our taxi from Tangier airport into the city on Viator and on arrival at the airport I received a WhatsApp message from Mohammed informing me that our driver Yousouf was at the airport waiting for us. Despite our flight being delayed, there he was ready to take our bags to the car and whisk us into town.
I arranged several more taxi rides with Mohammed during our stay and he always proved to be totally reliable.
Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
