To Join us, you need to drive past the only grocery store in Teahupoo called « Magasin Teahupoo ». You keep driving for about 300-500 meters, so you have to drive slow. The marina is located ocean side before a white/green little bridge. Just ask for Teahupoo Adventure when you get there.

Easy to find with guides helpful pictures and directions. Guide was a former professional surfer and expertly guided us out to the big wave. We were so close we rode the edge. Great trip for the whole family!

We loved our Teahpoo wave watching experience with Haunai. It was an amazing experience to get up close with the wave and the incredible surfers. Haunai was a knowledgeable expert and helped position us for the best watching and photo opportunities. The crew was friendly and experienced. We were able to jump in and go for a swim too. I would highly recommend the Teahpoo wave experience with Haunai

What an amazing trip!! This is where 2024 Olympic surfing is held and we got to watch Olympians practice the surf. Please go with a local expert who knows the waters to navigate the wave. Could have stayed all day to watch. Must do bucket list item for sure!!

10 out of 10 recommend Haunui and Teahupo’o Adventures. Haunui is easily one of the kindest humans on the planet. We waited for 2 passengers and he said we would come back and get them since it was going to take a minute. The ride out was smooth and Teahupo’o did not disappoint. The best part was going back for the other passengers. We also picked up a local surfer who needed a ride out. Haunui’s kindness and generosity are evident in all that he does. I think he knew I really wanted to see young Gilbert ride one of the waves. Haunui patiently waited until Gilbert went which meant extra time on the water for us. This is hands down my favorite excursion. The energy there is incredible. If you’re going - go with Teahupo’o Adventures - you will be thankful you did. Mahalo nui loa Haunui for the experience of a lifetime. We look forward to coming back again one day. A hui ho!
