Itinerary

Make your own way to the designated meeting point to board your boat for the cruise during VIVID Sydney.

Your vessel takes the longest route on Sydney Harbour, which allows you to see more of the city's landmark buildings and other structures as they light up with 3D light and laser shows. Get great photo ops from the water and enjoy the visual feast that is VIVID, the Southern Hemisphere's largest light art festival.

Snack on a selection of finger foods and purchase beer, South Australian wine, and soft drinks, and other beverages at the cash bar. At the end of the cruise, your boat returns you to your starting point, where you can explore the festival further on your own.

Vivid Sydney is Amazing!

We were somewhat confused as to where exactly we should board, but we figured it out. Maybe send passengers a slot # day of ? We had a spot on the back of the boat outside--great views, but it was cool and windy. There were other areas that appeared open, but a few passengers were "saving" big chunks of space for others. Later, these spots were open as they moved to another area for viewing. Annoying. Maybe assign bookings a location to sit in. The food was great! A lot of selection and very plentiful! The staff was attentive, kind, and helpful! Vivid is such a neat idea! So many buildings are lit up and the vibe is festive.

it was really child friendly which was such a relief !! was worried about taking 2 toddlers but it was a great experience for them. the food was good and the boat wasn’t too busy. all the staff were so lovely as well

Would've booked this if there was a picture of the boat, unfortunately one of the oldest smallest looking boat, compared to the other company boats at the Wharfe. Doing the same vivid sightseeing cruises for alot cheaper

I was disappointed in this cruise. Very few table set ups to sit around. It was set up cocktail party style but this was not a cocktail party type event. The decorations were quite elementary and boat seemed quite old. I saw very little food. It must have been on a different level. I would not recommend this tour. There are other cruises available.

Really did not see as much as I thought that I would from the Boat, did a big circle under the bridge and sat there for a while. Would have been better to have walked the area for free. Also there was no commentary on Board! The tickets need to have the Wharf number you are leaving from as well. Overall was very disappointed in this experience.

The "Vivid Festival" was underwhelming and a disappointment. It was not anything like represented in photos of years past. Other than the bridge and the opera house there was really nothing to see. It was so disorganized trying to find our boat, it was not at the wharf indicated on the ticket and the only instructions the Vagabond employee could give us was "you boat is down there", down there where? The name of the boat was on the back, not visible when trying to locate it from the wharf. There was some attempt to decorate the boat but it looked cheap and underwhelming as well.

We got to wharf on 6.30 and boat had left …no phone call…nothing ..we missed out..my Son was crying..A lively lady from “Constellation “ boat ..Gave me a pass for her boat ..I would like a refund please

They packed us all in one boat. There were not enough seats. We had to stand. Canapés were substantial but they weren't good and not tasty. Below expectations. Boat docked at the other end where there wasn't any other cruises. Too far to walk in bad weather.
