No show shuttle. Don’t Bother.

The shuttle never showed up. I messaged the company and received no response. Viator contacted me to see if I was picked up. I said no and never heard from them again. Ended up with Uber and lost $26. Not to be trusted.

Confusing Pickup Spot

Pickup spot was confusing. Should say exit airport and walk to the shared pickup spot marked shuttle 12. There is a person with your name on sheet that helps direct. The Van shown in the picture is NOT the van picking you up. So the picture displayed is confusing. Noone at airport could help me. I missed 1st ride due to this situation. Not sure about Viator this time.

Do not book with this company. They did not arrive for our schedule reservation. They then stated the travel agent we booked through indicating they would not fulfill the reservation but they had not. 30 hours of travel to start the trip without a ride to our hotel is absolutely heartbreaking.

Hopeless service

Nowhere near the terminal for pick up. Took a long time to find the place then nobody was there. Very stressed after a 23 hour fligh

I tried on 4 occasions (phone AND email) to cancel this booking and the driver apparently turned up to take me to the airport. Terrible service. Waiting for my refund

Useless Viator

I didn't get to use this transfer. Viator did not answer my emails or texts to confirm. I had to ring directly, the company were excellent but told me they didn't pick up at our hotel. Luckily I rang or would have been left without transport to catch my flight.

Driver collected us first on what turned out to be a milk run back the airport. The bus was full when he got stuck on the top of a hill on a one way street. I had to tell him to reverse the trailer down the hill and then go forward and do a u turn to get us out of it. He was flustered and clearly not thinking straight with 20 people and their luggage on board during a torrential tropical down pour. Can't say I recommend the driver or the service. The taxi would have been roughly the same price, more comfortable, less scary and faster.
