    We paid heavily for a tour but just got a luxury car ride

    The tour only has a private vehicle plying u up and down. It was assured that there would be private tour guide but the driver just gave a little information and had no clue about how much crows would be there at scenic world.t

    We received this booking with one hours notice ---------------------------------- We are an accredited transport operator A Black 2022 Mercedes-Benz V250d was allocated with TV professional plates & bus lane access ----------------------------------------- The Vehicle transported your luggage ALL DAY until your group checked into another Sydney Hotel which was not stated at time of booking --------------------------------------------- As for allocating a driver with basic knowledge, we provided a local driver from Katoomba. That comment has us taken back. Apologies that driver did not meet your expectations, he was only driver available at one hours notice. ------------------------------------------ 25% discount entry to scenicworld was offered as we are an accredited operator. We are sorry to hear about your experience, I hope next time I will be able to personally drive you myself to ensure the high level of service that we strive to achieve
