Itinerary

Meet your guide and group at Mariatorget in advance of your tour's start time. After a brief introduction, set off on foot to explore Stockholm's Södermalm neighborhood, located on its own island south of downtown.

Walk through what's known as SoFo (comparable to New York's SoHo) to see examples of Swedish design, trendy cafes, vintage stores, and more. As you go, you'll also admire top-notch views of the city, and even discover hidden beaches.

After a couple hours of exploring, this tour ends back at the start point.

Poor meeting directions

OK so I have to say some of this was my fault. I landed in Stockholm and made the hotel at 3.15pm and had to be at the tour by 4pm. I understood I had to get to the Marionget station and got there at 3.45pm. Yay!. A street intersection was given as the place to meet but no directions as to which exit of the 2 to take when you got off the train in a hurry. In short I took the wrong one (I subsequently found out) and asking for directions for the street intersection was unsuccessful. So I missed the tour. If the exit to use had been provided it would have been fine. Tour provider v good in that they refunded the price.

No guide showed up. After phone contact, an administrative error seemed to have occurred. No compensation offered.

Dear customer, We are sorry to hear you did not get to do the tour as you had booked it and we will look into why this happened. We have however refunded you your money back and our employee did offer you a complementary tour of your choice which we understand you couldn't do as you were leaving? Again, I can confirm that we have refunded you your booking and apologise for the error that made you miss the tour.

The tour was awesome! Lucky for me and my wife we were the only ones in the tour that day and it turned out ro be a private tour! Our tour guide Soma was absolutely fantastic and energetic .. she will definitely ahow you the hidden secrets on Sodermalm. Highly recommended!
