We will meet at The Obelisk at Slottsbacken located at the southern part of the Palace which faces an uphill cobblestoned street. You will see the Stockholm's Cathedral on the top. After 10 minutes of waiting it will be consider a No-Show and there will be no refunds.

Where was my guide

We arrived at the meeting place that was given to me. Our guide never showed up. The tour was to end at the meeting place. We waited there to see what happened and if we could take the next tour. We never saw anyone connected with the tour. I want my money back!

Dear Cathy I am deeply sorry about this confusion. I got 2 bookings from you and a cancellation (back to back), that is why I assumed you totally cancelled the tour. If you are still in town, I would love to guide you at the Royal Palace, free of charge of course. My sincere apologies for this mistake. This is the first time ever, that something like this has ever happened due to the double booking and cancellation received from you. I have requested an immediate and full refund of your tour so you should get it through Viator (I already got an email confirmation from them confirming they are processing the full refund to you).
