The cruise took you right around Stockholm and it was worth the money. It's a pre recorded voice telling you information and pointing out buildings. Went for a decent 2hrs

Thanks to cancelled original Taxi then next one caught with roadwork bad weather etc. Then Taxi dropping off at wrong spot, I missed my booking. Tried to contact the supplier however as I’m travelling overseas I’m having difficulty getting Internet most of the time so couldn’t get into the actual booking. Only had my ticket of course there’s no details on that for a contact number.Am I happy? Not at all? Do I want a refund? Yes but of course try to get in touch with these people And they make it impossible. Maybe by leaving this wonderful review. They might get in touch with me.

We did not go on this tour because when we went to exchange our voucher we were advised the tour was cancelled because they were doing work on the lock so no boats could get through. We did the 3hr archipelago tour instead, which was very good.

A nice 2 hour boat ride around the lakes and the canals of Stockholm. Gives a very different perspective of the city when seen from the water. The only issue is the audio guide is often not sync. with the view

Good view of Stockholm from the water.
Note that the departure times are 11am and 2pm. Viator originally listed 10 am so we were at the docks way too early.
The open deck at the rear of the boat is best for unobstructed picture taking but it can get cold there.

This is a nice boat tour around various points of interest around the Stockholm city islands and waterways. You'll see lots of sights, learn some history, and enjoy a boat ride for about 2 hrs. Good value for the price.

The tour was a bit boring. Upon arrival we received headphones and sat in a booth. On the table was a placard with @30 sites.
There was no interaction with the staff on board. Actually we sat right behind the captain and he continued talking with the rest of the crew which made it Difficult t o hear the program on the headphones.

We didn’t expect the experience was boring(sorry Im just being honest) we sat for 2 hours and 15 minutes, theres an AI talking, no one telling us why we stop twice. No good communication from the guide.

The tour could be one hour. It repeats itself, going back the way it back. The boat has full of children who ran around uncontrollable and even entered the pilot area. I could not hear the recorded trip description. Sort of a waste of time.

Very pleased, relaxing and informative with on board refreshments and restroom facilities. Would give the staff a 9/10 as they could of come round and sold and served refreshment. That would have been good for business. Maybe something to think about in future.

Our ship was detoured because of heavy winds & the minute we found out we contacted Viator (the day before) and they denied us a refund. They could have at least offered us a credit. I’m disappointed.

Try a different tour company very poor audio even after seeking staff assistance. No instructions on boarding how to use the audio. Realized free head set available when another passenger went and got them. System wouldn’t work even after following instructions to restart. Requested the general audio to be increased without improvement. Staff acknowledged poor audio so not the first to complain. People just started general conversation could have saved $$ buy just taking local ferry for water view of the city. Worst tour of our holiday. More interested in selling alcohol to passengers.

We went to the wrong stromma kiosk on the wrong side of the river..the guy in the kiosk said the next tour would be in 15 min. This was 1:50pm when our ticket said 2:00pm. We asked the other tour company and they told us the other side of the water and the guy at the stromma counter was wrong. We made the right side of the water at 2:04pm and the boat had left. Not able to exchange ticket because bought thru Viator and not direct. Lessons learned.
1. Buy direct when able
2. Double check location when there are 2 diff locations.
3. Give yourself lots of extra time even when you think you know where going.
We use Viator all over the world and this made me question not just going direct...I'm usually a fan but not today..this was our fault for not knowing there were 2 locations and not allowing time for mistakes but frustrating that we would have had options if we had purchased direct..

We booked the trip online - the boat seats were oversold and we were lucky to make it on the trip. The locations that the boat travelled to were great - however the inside of the cabin fogged and staff didn’t really make any effort to clear the glass for visibility

It was an excellent tour. It is a small boat and there were about 10 guests. The captain was excellent and provided very interesting information about the city. I especially enjoyed getting out at old fort on an island in the harbor.

Not worth the money! It's just a ride in the boat. They don't tell you to bring headphones for the audio guide so you don't know what you are looking at! Plus it says max amount of people is 15, try 50.

A very nice trip after the initial messy start. You must bring headphones and a fully charged phone, the audio guide is done through this. This is not advertised, and not one of the staff tell you this. After 10-15 mins confusion some of us went inside to ask and were then given throw away headphones that didn’t work. We shared one working set, but by then were had already missed quite a lot of the tour. There was no welcome, introduction or safety messages at the start. We just entered the boat and were left to figure everything out for ourselves.

There were no memorable moments. The staff was practically absent. No information was given regarding the progress of the tour. The audio guide was not easy to use as you had to do everything yourself and the voice was annoying as it was produced with artificial intelligence. The fact of being totally indoors made the experience boring and the fact that some places were against the direction of travel made the visit uncomfortable as no one gave any indications on the objects and views to observe. It would have been a more pleasant visit if we had visited more characteristic and historical places.
