The trip was beautiful and interesting. I wish I had signed up for the 2.5 hour cruise to see more. Gunnar, the person who narrated the trip made it really fascinating and fun. He talked about all the sights and history in just the right amount of detail, and was also fun and interactive - but not too much. He was fantastic.

Ok, but not what we expected

The good was that they were running in December. The not-so-good boat commentary is ok, but a little sparse. When we came around the island the Captain sped up and water/fog blocked the windows towards the front of the boat. The view across the water to the shore was also blocked for several minutes by a large passenger boat. I’ve been told the Archipelago tour is the one to take.

Nice way to spend an hour

Not what we expected

We booked the canal tour. After we got onto the boat and the boat started moving were we then informed that the water level was too low that the boat couldn’t pass through the canals. They ended up taking us on just a normal tour through Stockholm but we were really bummed about not seeing the canals and wish they would have told us before we got on the boat.

There’s really no warmth or real guidance to the tour. Just get on & then work out for yourself to use the QR code or that there were even headphones. A bit more effort with the customers needs to be made.

The boat ride was nice. I wish we would've brought our own earbuds so we could've sat in the back and streamed the audio. As it was, we initially sat in the back and then realized we would need earbuds for that section. Since we didn't have them, we had to move up where there was then limited space to sit. Boat was comfortable and easy to access.

Excellent, short cruise within Stockholm

Nice way to get to know Stockholm’s canals, historical buildings, spots of famous events (i.e. spot where the ship Vasa sunk) from the water. Seats are comfortable, audio was easy to follow, and it is available in different languages.

Great little tour!

Very nice way to spend an hour or so exploring Stockholm waterways. We went in October and enjoyed the scenery, sites and autumnal trees. Good commentary too, in a number of languages. Recommended!

Great views hope for warmer climate

It very beautiful to see Stockholm from canal but if you take the tour go after June 15 when Stickholma weather turns consistently warmer because it was chilly although sunny . Lots of scenic views and the guide was very informative and they give you headphones you can also use on an airplane to travel with . I gave it three stars because of the weather and I missed my first ride and got on a later boat cause the address on the flyer ticket is 20 yards from you meet for the boat . Thankfully the ticket is good for 24 hours . Happy in a way I rode the next one because my original time slot was full to the max

The cruise and points of interest was pretty much the same as the arcipelago cruise. The directions to the departure point are extremely poor. All the directions are in Swedish; if you cannot speak or read Swedish, you are pretty much helpless. Stockholm not very tourist friendly, because of the fact that all directions and information is in Swedish. It would certainly help if the directions and information are available in English as well, to accommodate those tourists who cannot speak / read Swedish or any Danish / Scandinawian language for that matter.

Good way to see Stockholm from the water

The cruise itself was lovely .. the helpfulness on getting onto boat - not so.... we couldnt download our tickets and asked for help... we didnt get any help at all from on shore staff and then my phone died so was getting very stressed... luckily the captain came to shore and I spoke to him and they found my name... stress could have been avoided, i feel

Easy way to see Stockholm by boat as you cruise along the main canal and amongst the islands. Make sure to add extra time to get to the docking site as maps sometimes underestimate how long it takes
