Please note that there was no boat there when we showed up and that this appears to be a scam. They are calling themselves the Green Hop On/Hop Off Tour but use photos of the Red Tour Boats (who confirm that they have nothing to do with this company). I have reported it to Viator and hope they will shut this down.

The meeting point is wrong. Almost made me miss my tour. Hopefully this will be fixed to avoid such a situation for others.

Pleasant cruise. We were able to access commentary in several languages via headphones. There was free tea (though no milk). The staff were very nice and the boat was comfy and clean. We enjoyed the ride and it was easy to find the boat by the royal palace dock front (side on to the Palace).

The trip never occured because there was NO BOAT. We paid for nothing and with the impossibility to get in touch with anyone, neither at the pier, neither afterwards. This is company is a shame and I strongly advise that you avoid them at any cost unless you want to loose money and get rubbed! Xavier

We decided to take one of the first tours in the morning at 10.00 AM. When we arrived at the dock around 10.00 AM the person in charge told us to be back on 11.00 AM. We decided to visit the Royal Palace and returned to the dock at 10.40. Strangely there was no one quing for The Royal Bridges and Canal Tour. We decided to ask another person in charge and learned that there was a problem with the boat and the tour wouldn't take place until 1.00 PM. We were offered the boat trip of hop on hop off red tour, which was also had a duration of one hour. Wr accepted the offer for the sake of time. We had to follow a completely different route for the boat tour.

Really nice trip for those who don't have much time and those who love to see the bigger picture of the city, to see what you can find and to see a little more outside the tourist attractions and to learn something new from the audio guide : Only I hoped the windows where clearer so I can shoot more photos, but i think it is normal :D

40分位のツアーでしたが、船からのき綺麗な風景、街並みを観ることが出来てとても良かったです。
運河ではランニングや散歩をしている人が多くのんびりとした風景でしたが、運河を出ると広大なら景色に変わり迫力満点でした。
天気が良かったので、船の1番後ろのオープンスペースに座りました。
直接風が当たりながら景色を見ることができたのでおすすめです。早めに並んだ方が座れると思います。
日本語解説を聞きたかったのですが、iPhoneのイヤホンを忘れてしまい聞くことができませんでした。
イヤホンをお忘れなく！
