These guys took me and my girl out and showed us a great time. Super friendly, super down to earth, and understanding. My girl got scared and had to jump on my jet ski; no problem whatsoever. Made it easy, then we got right back to ripping. Dope dudes!

Meeting point is very difficult to find due to poor signage. There is no go pro as advertised. There is no drink provided at the marina as advertised. Called the office twice to get directions to the meeting point with no answer. Tour left late with no explanation as to why. The actual jet skiing was fun.

We did want to clarify a few points so there’s no confusion: • GoPros / drinks: We don’t provide these items on any of our excursions, and never have - so if you saw this listed somewhere, please let us know - so we can correct it right away. • Meeting point: While marina signage is not something we can control, we do have large, clearly marked signage at our office to help guests find us easily. • Phone contact: After reviewing our system (all calls are recorded and routed to multiple extensions), we did not receive any calls from the number on file. We have no missed calls on any line, or extension - these flash up red, send emails and text alerts to our management if this happens so no call is ever missed. • Schedule adjustments: – Your original time was delayed because a prior group returned late, and we attempted to call the number listed to notify you. – Viator/TripAdvisor also accepted a booking for a time slot that was already full, which led us to reschedule you from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. We called within 30 seconds of that booking to explain but could not reach you. We sent a message via this platform, and notified Viator customer service who were also unable to reach you. – In total, we made five calls and sent a message through this platform, but we were unable to leave a voicemail due to your provider’s settings. We’re confident that on this occasion we did everything in our control to make your experience great. Please feel free to give us a call anytime - we’re here to help and would appreciate the opportunity to make this a 5-star experience for you.

Our Family of four went for a Jetski for the first time and had a very pleasant and fun evening. We enjoyed a lot as (Giovanni, I think I am spelling correctly) did a good job of providing clear instruction and making sure all the safety precautions are followed properly.
