The driver was great, we didn't get snacks but beer and water were offered. I got motion sickness due to the winding roads but that's not the drivers fault. Great service!

Not as Described....Save Your Money

Nothing was as it was described. My wife and I paid for the Fast Track to get us through customs faster, but we never received this service. No one greeted us when we got off the plane. No one was in line to expedite us through the process. We had to wait 15 minutes for our driver after we checked in with the Sandals desk. Once we got in the SUV, there were no snacks, just two Beers, two water, and two juices...nono of which were on ice. We were told there would be champagne.... no such luck. When we arrived at Sandals Grande, the driver said we would need to coordinate our transport back to the airport through Sandals. We paid for a round trip luxury service which was not what we received. The driver was nice, but kept saying that everything was handled by a third party. Bottom line, save your money. We didn’t receive anything that we asked for.
