when tour was booked it was established where we would be meeting the meeting point was changed the day before the tour and that’s where we were waiting tour guide never showed up she waited at the original place when I finally received WiFi to communicate I asked if we could meet later because we were having lunch they said no be downstairs in 10 minutes I said impossible cancel and give me a refund then they went on to say we were still on United States time zone went downstairs tour guide was there and still wanted to do the tour once again I said no two hours have already been wasted

Hi Pamela, Below is the chain of communication that occurred. Clearly you can see that we reached out to you the day before to give details of who to look out for. You never responded. Then on the day of the tour, you were running late and did not let us know until we reached out to you and you asked where should the driver go after being late in excess of 30 minutes. You not having Wi-Fi or data to respond or message in a timely manner is on you, not on us. It was your responsibility. You could have sent us a response or a message before you left your hotel and confirm that we received the message but you did not. Once you got to La Place Carenage you played hide and seek games with us even going to lunch whilst we patiently waited to still do the tour with you even though you were already more than an hour late by that time. The Guide waited and eventually saw you and still offered to take you to do the tour and you declined to do the tour. Your friend wanted to but you chose not to. You had everyone chasing around looking for you including you taxi driver which you were also running late for to return to your hotel because he asked the Guide for you. This review is not warranted and you should take it down because you arranged extremely late and still chose not to do the tour after meeting with the Guide almost 2 hours late.
